The film is clocking an average occupancy of over 70% with some areas even showing near 100% today. ## There was a capacity issue in the first two days, as the movie had a smaller release as compared to some of the top stars' movies this year, but that couldn't stop it from scoring another +40% jump on Sunday as it comfortably breached 30 crores net mark today. ## According to early estimates, the third-day collection of the movie is expected to be in the range of 35-37 crores net, with the opening weekend finishing at 81+ crores net. This is the biggest first weekend ever for an Indian romantic film, and with the debutante, the weekend is nothing short of sensational. ## There has been a huge demand for the tickets during the first weekend, where a capacity issue arose despite more and more shows getting added. Mumbai, July 18 - The dinosaurs have once again roared at the Indian box office. Jurassic World: Rebirth, the latest instalment in the beloved sci-fi franchise, has officially entered the 100 crore gross club in India within just 15 days of its release, becoming only the second Hollywood film of 2025 to reach the mark after Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. ## A Roaring Start ## Released on July 4, 2025, Jurassic World: Rebirth opened to an impressive 11 crores gross on Day 1. Thanks to the positive word of mouth, the movie emerged as the weekend topper, by grossing approximately 47 crores in the first 3-days. ## As positive word-of-mouth and steady weekday traction kept audiences coming, the film's earnings continued to build. By the end of the second weekend (10 days), the movie had already raked in around 90 crores gross, and by Day 14, it reached 98.50 crore gross, just short of the triple-digit mark in India. ## 100 Crore in Just Over Two Weeks ## On its 15th day, Jurassic World: Rebirth finally surpassed the 100 crore gross milestone in India, emerging as one of the biggest Hollywood hits of the year in the country. The film’s ability to sustain footfalls during weekdays, with daily collections of over 1.50 crores gross, highlighted its stronghold at the box office. This feat also makes Rebirth the second Hollywood movie of 2025 to cross the ₹100 crore gross barrier in India, following Tom Cruise’s action-packed finale Mission: Impossible 8, which achieved the mark earlier this year and finished its run around 123 crores gross.
