Mumbai Police Is Not Providing Us Information Regarding Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case, Says Bihar DGP

Bihar Police that is investigating actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case along with the Mumbai Police has alleged that Mumbai Police is not supporting their investigation as they haven't yet received even the basic documents related to Sushant's case. ## Ever since Sushant's untimely demise, Mumbai Police has been investigating the high profile death case but recently, Bihar Police also get involved after an FIR was filed against Rhea Chakraborty and five other by Sushant's father KK Singh in Patna on July 28. ## Soon after Bihar Police started their investigation, there were some reports that Mumbai Police isn't cooperating with them. Now, according to a report by ANI, Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey has said that they haven't yet received even the basic documents related to the case including the information collected by Mumbai Police.## He also said that they don't have the post-mortem report of Sushant's death along with the CCTV footage of his apartment where he was found dead on June 14. ## Earlier, Bihar Police interrogated Bollywood director Rumy Jafry, who was all set to team up with Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty for a romantic-comedy film. The much-awaited and highly anticipated biopic of the great mathematician, Shakuntala Devi finally premiered on Amazon Prime Video on July 31. Written and directed by Anu Menon, the biopic stars Vidya Balan as Shakuntla Devi, who was also known as the "human computer" along with Sanya Malhotra, Jisshu Sengupta, and Amit Sadh. ## Movie Story -## The story of the movie revolves around Shakuntla Devi and her daughter Anupama Banerjee (Sanya Malhotra). Shakuntla Devi who lived her life on her own terms faced many troubles and challenges on her way to becoming a human-computer. But when she tries to run her ambitions on her daughter who is similar yet very different from her, it leads to an emotional breakdown between the mother and daughter which will leave the viewers with moist eyes and makes the film interesting to watch. The film, however, is a perfect tribute to the great mathematician. ## Movie Review -## It is a Vidya Balan movie all the way and there is no surprise at all. She has been a perfect choice to portray the role of Shakuntla Devi and with no surprise, she produced the standout performance. It wasn't easy to play the character which has already its aura, but Vidya Balan breathed life into Shakuntala Devi's character with her award-winning performance. If you have watched Vidya Balan's previous movies, you will find that her nature is the mixture of emotions, and easy-going. That mixture has come into this movie and it did work brilliantly for her. She will leave the viewers with moist eyes when it comes to emotional parts especially towards the end. ## Sanya Malhotra as a rebellious daughter (on-screen of course) has done a wonderful and appreciated job. Her love-hate relationship with her mother is something that makes this biopic interesting while their chemistry is relaxing to the eyes which makes you laugh as well as left with teary eyes. It won't be an exaggeration to say that this is by far the best performance of just 5 movies old Sanya Malhotra. ## Talking about Amit Sadh who plays the role of Anupama's husband Ajay Abhaya Kumar done a pretty good job while Jisshu Sengupta as Shakuntla's husband also did decently well according to the narrative of the film. ## Anu Menon as a director has done a very good job and has been looked very clear about the vision of the film. She handled the emotional parts with maturity despite a lot of drama towards the end of the movie. However, as they say, a movie can not be made with perfection, this happened to this as well. The screenplay which makes a film catchable looked a bit slow. There are some sequences which stretched out that you will feel were not needed. ## Conclusion+Verdict -## Despite a few moments here and there, the movie is appalling and will make you watch with your family and friends. It is a well-made biopic with high-quality performances from the cast of the movie. But as a movie buff, I would have loved to experience this film on the big screen and I am sure you all must be thinking the same.## However, it is still a movie that you don't want to miss. After the actress filed a plea in the Supreme Court to transfer the case from Patna to Mumbai, Sushant's family lawyer Vikas Singh has reportedly alleged that somebody in the Mumbai police is helping Rhea Chakraborty. ## Speaking to PTI, Vikash Singh said, "If she (Rhea) has moved the apex court, she should have filed a petition seeking CBI investigation. The recently released Dil Bechara starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi broke all the viewership records for an Indian movie on the digital platform. Disney+Hotstar that premiered the movie on July 24 registered the highest ever viewership with 95 million views within the first 24 hours of film's release. ## According to a Mid-Day report, a representative for the firm, Ormax Media, believes the numbers are comparable to viewership figures of the massively popular HBO series Game of Thrones, although he didn't provide any further data.## "If one wants to, comparisons could be drawn of Dil Bechara, and that of Game of Thrones, and this was possible even though the latter had a pre-existing viewer-base, while the film [did not]. Then again, Hotstar promoted Dil Bechara from the onset, marketing its release date and time well in advance. Viewers showed up in unison to watch it", reported Hindustan Times. ## Apart from breaking the viewership records, Dil Bechara also becomes the highest-rated Indian movie on the IMDb. As per IMDb, over 75,000 people rated the movie while the overall rating stands at 9.5 which is the highest ever for an Indian movie.
