One of the renowned production houses, Reliance Entertainment has joined hands with Ashiq Usman Productions and AP International to produce the Hindi remake of Malayalam super hit movie Anjaam Pathiraa that was released on 10 January this year. ## Anjaam Pathiraa is a crime thriller film that was directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas and produced by Ashiq Usman Productions and Manual Movie Makers. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt returned as a director after almost 20 years to direct the sequel of his 1991 film, Sadak. Kartoos, that was released in 1999 was the last movie of Mahesh Bhatt as a director before Sadak 2 starring the original cast of Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt along with the new addition of Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur. ## Sadak 2, however, ditched the conventional theatrical release due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and instead, it premiered on the OTT platform, Disney+Hotstar on August 28. Sadak 2 was one of the movies announced by Disney Plus Hotstar on June 29 and was one of the most awaited movies. However, upon its release, it was declared an outright disaster by the critics and the viewers. ## The much-hyped union of the Bhatts with Sadak 2 has proved to be a damp squib. Despite having a talented star cast, this action drama film has now gone on to become the lowest-rated film on IMDb, surpassing the 2015's Turkish film, Code Name: K.O.Z. that rated 1.3 on the website. Sadak 2 currently stands at 1.0 rating after over 56K votes. ## Previously, Sadak 2 had also become the most-disliked movie trailer video on YouTube. The trailer has received over 12 million dislikes till now, in comparison to 707K likes, and the responses to the songs were on similar lines. Amid rising Covid-19 cases in the country, the government of India on Saturday (August 29) announced Unlock 4 guidelines. Under the government's new guidelines, more economic activities have been allowed to re-open, however, there is no respite for the theaters which will remain shut until September 30. ## Theaters or cinema halls have been closed even before the country went into lockdown on March 25. Saaho Box Office Collection: Apart From Hindi, Prabhas And Shraddha Kapoor Starrer Was A Collective Disappointment

Pan India star, Prabhas and Bollywood diva, Shraddha Kapoor starrer action thriller movie Saaho has completed one year from its release. This Sujeeth directorial multilingual movie hit the theaters on August 30 with a lot of expectations in terms of entertainment. However, despite having a multi-star cast, the movie couldn't live up to its expectations. ## Saaho was an overall disappointment even though the Hindi audience loved the film. It disappointed in the other languages as the audience felt that the story of the film was confusing and somewhere the Prabhas magic despite some glimpses, was also missing in this UV Creations' production. And resulted in, the audience was left despondent by the collectively average performance from the rest of the cast which included Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey, Vennela Kishore, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Murali Sharma, and others. ## Talking about its box office collection, Saaho opened up with a massive number as the audience was curious to watch their favorite stars. On Day 1, it collected INR 89 crores with the large contribution from the Telugu language of INR 60.40 crore. However, after day 1, with reviews started to come, the collection dropped heavily on weekends as it earned INR 55.10 crore and 56.78 crores on Saturday and Sunday respectively. ## With bad reviews all around, the movie could never able to get the momentum back and kept slipping as the days progressed. After Baahubali: The Beginning, Prabhas has been able to earn a true fan base among the Hindi audience that came out handy when Saaho released. However, the collection dropped in the Hindi as well, but it was able to keep the momentum after the first weekend. ## Unlike the overall collection, the first three days of the Hindi collection was better than day 1 with INR 25.20 crore and 29.48 crores on Saturday and Sunday. Overall, Saaho was hit in Hindi and did a net business of INR 145.60 crores in India. The movie is produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the banners of Balaji Motion Pictures and ALT Entertainment. ## Bhumi Pednekar has welcomed the decision and said that she is okay with any platform being the vehicle of her creative expression. Sushant Singh Rajput's ex-girlfriend, Ankita Lokhande has rubbished the claim of Rhea Chakraborty that the late actor had claustrophobia. ## Taking to Twitter, Ankita, who dated Sushant for six years shared a throwback video where the late actor can be seen flying his expensive Boeing 737 Fixed Base Flight Simulator, which he had purchased in 2018 (according to IANS).## "Is this #claustrophobia? He used to take medicine, Modafinil, without any prescription. We reached Paris first where he didn't leave his room for three days.
