New Match Added To Next Week's NXT Episode

Io Shirai will officially defend the NXT Women's Championship against Toni Storm next week on NXT Episode.## The announcement took place during last week's NXT episode, which saw Io Shirai defeating Zoey Stark in a non-title match. After the match, Io was interrupted by Toni Storm. She claimed that Shirai pinned Mercedes Martinez at Takeover because she can’t beat Storm.## Shirai responded that she will fight Storm at any time, any place anywhere. Storm says if Shirai thought she could beat her one-on-one, she would’ve gone to William Regal and got the match, but they all know she’s afraid and knows she can’t win.## Later on that night, they were both fixed to have their match in two weeks for the title.## Also announced for the next week will be Xia Li Vs. They also rank in the top-5 in heavyweight history for knockouts and knockdowns.## Junior dos Santos has victories over 5 UFC Heavyweight Champions: Fabrício Werdum, Frank Mir, Cain Velasquez, Shane Carwin, and Stipe Miocic. Dos Santos debuted for the UFC on 25 October 2008 at UFC 90.## Considered a major underdog, he knocked out top contender Fabrício Werdum at a minute and twenty seconds of the first round with a strong uppercut, earning himself a "Knockout of the Year" award. In his Mixed martial arts record, he has fought off 30 matches including 21 wins and 9 losses.## He last faced Ciryl Gane on 12 December 2020 at UFC 256. He lost the fight via technical knockout in the second round and was subsequently released from the promotion.## While, On 30 December 2011, at UFC 141, Overeem made his UFC debut in the main event against Brock Lesnar. Overeem hurt Lesnar multiple times early on with knees to the body, and went on to finish the fight with a kick to the liver and subsequent punches at 2:26 of the first round.
