A featherweight bout between former UFC Featherweight Championship challenger Chan Sung Jung and Dan Ige will serve as the event headliner. ## Chan Sung Jung Vs. Dan Ige Fight Recap: ## First Round: Chan Sung Jung Vs. Dan Ige starts off with a nice approach from Sung Jung. Ige lands a Calf kick, Ige off to a pretty good start. Sung Jung with a calf, while Ige responds with a left hook. Ige with a snap Uppercut, apparently hurting Sung Jung. ## Sung Jung with a nice takedown, Sung Jung makes it up to the top. Nice work from Ige to get back to his feet, Sung Jung eats a Jab from Ige. 30 seconds to go....Nice head movement from Sung Jung, he is looking for one clean shot. ## Second Round: Round 1: 10-9 Zombie, Zombie with a huge shot to start off the second round. Zombie is looking great in the second round, Ige goes for a Jab, and tires land that left hook. Zombie sets down a perfect right hand. ## A beautiful right hand on the jaw from Zombi, Ige with an impactful Calf kick, Ige lands an Uppercut and takes him by a clinch. Zombie with a nice transition by getting the back of Ige. ## Third Round: 0-9 Zombie in R2. I have him up 20-18. Ige is right there to win these rounds, but Zombie claiming the key moments. Effective leg kicks by Zombie. Zombie is cathing Ige a little off, A Takedown to start off the third round. ## Zombie is up to the top, a big connection thereby Zombie, Ige rolls over, but Zombie instead hooks him over, Ige sustains a fight there. Zombie almost got the submission, Zombie lock-in Ige's body with his leg, so keeping the angle. Zombie is controlling Ige by the most time. A valuable round control ends here. ## Fourth Round: 10-9 R3 Zombie. Have him up 30-27, obviously, the third round was most clear. Immediate takedown. Dominant position majority of the round, The fourth round goes down. Ige needs to keep standing in round 4, under 3 minutes here for round 4. ## A nice right hand from Ige, Ige sets up a definitely needed urgency in the fourth round. Zombie is busted open, Ige with a kick to the body, but this time Zombie catches and takes Ige down. Zombie keeps it ground and pound. ## Fifth Round: 10-9 Ige in R4, Ige kept it on the feet first four minutes and got the left hand going in the fourth round. Ige is going to the body, swings up serval massive shots. ## A beautiful knee by Zombie and gets an important Takedown, Ige rolls over, but Zombie is continuing to apply the pressure. 40 seconds to go, Ige still down eating shots and landing some for Zombie. 10-9 Zombie, after the fifth round. ## Chan Sung Jung Vs. Davey Grant Fight Recap: ## First Round: Marlon Vera Vs. Davey Grant gets started Grant with a low leg kick to start off. Grant continues to swing inside and outside low leg kicks. Grant with a spinning high kick, Vera is staying very calm, looks like he doesn't want to for an immediate risk. ## Grant lands a left hook at the end, Grant hits the floor as Vera gets his first takedown. Grant immediately gets up and swings it well. Both fighters mixing it well to exceed. ## Second Round: The second round kicks off with a Low inside leg kick from Grant. Vera takes Grant by a clinch against the fence, runs some knees, and gets back to the middle. Grant gets busted a little from the head. ## Vera lands a heavy elbow and Grant responds with a massive high kick to the head, Grant gains a Takedown, Vera moves it well to get out, but Grant still gets the control. This time Vera gets up on the top and runs really punishing strikes to end the round. ## 3rd Round: Chito in control through two rounds. He's impressive defensively. Sees everything coming, Grant having a hard time landing anything clean. And those standing elbows after working into a dirty boxing clinch are beauts, From Brett Okamoto. Vera starts off the final round with a Takedown. ## Grant gets back to his feet, both are relentless, Vera does a lot of damage with a heavy knee. Vera follows up a Takedown. Grant is busted open after eating those painful punches. Grant is definitely in a recovery mood, but Vera continues to hold it tight. This year mark the 25th anniversary of the film, "Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi". ## Back in 1996 an Indian film, Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi, was produced and starred Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. The film also featured former WWE wrestlers "Crush" AKA Brian Lee as "The Undertaker". He also portrayed an impostor version of Taker in 1994. ## The movie was the 6th highest-grossing movie of the year 1996. It was the fourth installment in the Khiladi series. ## Upon completing 25th anniversary of the film, Kumar shared a photo along with a caption that reads: “Raise your hand if you have defeated The Undertaker!” ## “A hilarious note to mark 25 years to the release of #KhiladiyonKaKhiladi tomorrow!” Kumar wrote. “A fun fact though: it was wrestler Brian Lee who played The Undertaker in the film.” ## The post grabbed the attention of the actual Undertaker, Mark Calaway who responded with the following comment: “Ha! WWE NXT Champion Karrion Kross and Scarlett were backstage at tonight's WWE Friday Night Smackdown taping. ## It was later reported by PWinsider that WWE NXT North American Champion Bronson Reed also joined Karrion Kross and Scarlett as all being backstage at tonight's Friday Night Smackdown taping. ## PWInsider.com confirmed that they are taking part in dark matches for WWE officials prior to tonight's broadcast. Rey Mysterio is out for retribution against Universal Champion Roman Reigns for the attacks that The Head of the Table unleashed on him and his son Dominik, and he is not willing to wait for WWE Hell in a Cell. He wants Reigns tonight on SmackDown. ## The Bell rings as Rey goes down to the ring and ducks a chair inside the ring. Roman Reigns tries to block, but Rey is able to run it to the ribs. Rey Mysterio hands in a Fire Extinguisher and showers it on Reigns. Mysterio with toolbox to take Reigns down. ## Back from the commercial break as Rey Mysterio continues to run the chair. Reigns is having trouble with that chair hanging in his neck. Rey drives Roman into the turnbuckle. Reigns somehow able to respond, Reigns follows up a Spear, but nobody home. Rey Mysterio gets out of his way and Roman crashes in. ## Roman gets Rey up for a power bomb and Rey tries to counter with a Rana but Roman swings Rey into the ring post and cell. Roman tosses Rey face-first into the cell. ## Back from the commercial break as Rey recovers. Reigns pummel Rey with side knees into the turnbuckle. Roman Reigns appears with a Superman puch and prepares for a Spear, but Rey catches him with a Boot. ## Rey looks to land 619, but Reigns blocks it somehow. Reigns crashes himself into the turnbuckle as Rey slides. Rey gets the steel chair inside and gets it on Reigns. Rey settles the Steel chair on Roman's chair and appears with back-to-back Frog Splash for the near fall. ## This time Roman Reigns tosses Rey into the cell.
