The upcoming mega event continues WWE's successful trend of hosting major events outside of the United States. ## In February of next year, WWE will bring The Elimination Chamber event to Australia. This exciting event is scheduled for Saturday, February 24, 2024, and will take place at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia, making it WWE's first event in Australia since Super Show-Down in 2018. It is also the only WWE event planned for the Asia-Pacific region in 2024. ## Notably, WWE has previously hosted two editions of the Elimination Chamber outside of the United States. According to Fightful Select, Lance Anoa'i, a member of the renowned Anoa'i wrestling lineage, has formally asked MLW for his release. ## Lance, who is 31 years old, has been participating in matches for NOAH in recent months while being absent from MLW television.
