Roman Reigns has been the hoped-for main event for this show in Los Angeles for a couple of years. ## Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer gave an update on The Rock Vs. Roman Reigns, stated that Dwayne's life is a lot more than just pro-wrestling even though, still, there are major affirmations that WWE will be able to get The Rock in. ## Dave Meltzer noted the following: ## “The main event for WrestleMania, in a perfect world, is Roman Reigns vs The Rock. ## “It’s been the hoped-for main event for this show in Los Angeles for a couple of years. ## “Now we’re here. ## “Is it going to happen that way? WWE Confirms Two Title Matches For WWE Raw On January 2, 2022

In two weeks we will be live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee for the first Raw of 2023. The show has already added two title matches. ## As per the announcement made during the 19th edition of Monday Night Raw, Bliss will lay down the challenge to Bianca Belair for the Raw Women's Championship. Bliss got the right to challenge for the title when she defeated Bayley in a Number one Contender's match. ## Also set for the show is a singles match for the United States Championship whereby the champion Theory defends against Seth Rollins. The Monday Night Messiah lost the title to Mr. A Town in a triple threat match, also involving Bobby Lashley, at Survivor Series WarGames. ## More matches will be added soon. I would not argue that Roman has given a lot of time to be called the best wrestler in WWE right now. While WWE is in the process to plan something big with Bray Wyatt's storyline. ## Roman Reigns has ruled over WWE as the Undisputed Universal Champion. Given that he has faced every single top star in WWE which apprently increased his credibility to be the face of the company. ## While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about Bray Wyatt’s potential feuds in the future, including with Roman Reigns. Meltzer made it clear that Reigns might not even want to work with The Eater Of Worlds. ## Everybody who works with Bray Wyatt, very few of them come out looking better Do they go with him and Roman? I could see Roman wanting nothing to do with this guy. If it’s not being built for Roman, then he’s got a limit to how far he can go, if Roman doesn’t agree to work with him. Gunther Set To Hit An Impressive Milestone As The WWE Intercontinental Champion

Intercontinental Champion Gunther is set to hit an impressive WWE title milestone! ## On the 8 April episode of SmackDown, Gunther and Marcel Barthel (now known as Ludwig Kaiser) made their main roster debut. Following his debut, Gunther challenged Ricochet to win the Intercontinental championship, making him the first Austrian. ## Since winning the title, Gunther has been able to defend the title against several top stars such as Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Sheamus. Scarlett recently appeared on Renee Paquette’s Oral Sessions podcast, where she talked about why she wasn’t having matches on the WWE main roster prior to her release from the company in 2021. ## “I wasn’t medically cleared yet. I was having matches before Raw and SmackDown because they wanted me to wrestle. After the second match, everything was going great, I get home and look in the mirror and I’m like, ‘One of these doesn’t look like the other.’ [referencing her boobs]. The next day was NXT and I immediately go to medical and I’m like, ‘Hey, I’m not sure if I’m going crazy or if they always looked like this. ## Maybe I’m just tired.’ With the adrenaline from wrestling, you don’t notice certain things hurt all the time, so I didn’t think anything of it.
