Box Office: The Kashmir Files Scored 3rd Biggest Second Week Of All-Time In Hindi

Mumbai, March 25 - The Kashmir Files has had a historic second week at the box office. The Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri-directed has put all the low expectations on the rest and registered a bigger second week than the first one at the domestic box office, featuring in the all-time list. Over the second week, TKF scored a massive 108.97 crores, almost 12% more than the first one in which it netted 97.30 crores. The total domestic cume now stands at 206.27 crores after the two weeks. TKF is now the 3rd biggest Hindi movie of all time in the 2nd week. It has overstepped "PK" (95.78 Cr.), "Sanju" (92.67 Cr.) in the top 5. S S Rajamouli's "Baahubali 2" is the all-time biggest in the second week in Hindi with 143.25 crores, followed by Aamir Khan-fronted "Dangal", which scored 115.96 crores. Box Office: Bachchhan Paandey Scores A Disastrous First Week

Mumbai, March 25 - Sajid Nadiadwala's "Bachchhan Paandey" has proved to be one of the biggest disastrous films for Akshay Kumar at the box office. The action comedy film, directed by Farhad Samji, could never get the momentum an Akshay Kumar film used to be. Despite a decent to a good start, BP couldn't hold well over the weekdays, resulting in finishing below the 50 crores mark at the domestic BO. Mumbai, March 24 - "The Kashmir Files" has done the unthinkable and hit the double century mark at the domestic box office. The Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri-directed has become the first Hindi film since Ajay Devgn-fronted "Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior" in January 2021 to cross the 200 crores net mark at the stroke of the second week. Mumbai, March 23 - Akshay Kumar-starrer "Bachchhan Paandey" is showing a steady trend over the weekdays but the overall collection continues to remain on the lower side. Directed by Farhad Samji, "Bachchan Pandey", has had a good start at the domestic box office on Friday. However, due to mixed WOM and "The Kashmir Files" juggernaut, BP went nowhere after the first day and showed a flat trend on Saturday and Sunday. Box Office: The Kashmir Files Scored 4th Biggest 2nd Monday Of All-Time In Hindi

Mumbai, March 22 - The Kashmir Files is on course to become the first Hindi movie to cross the 200 crores mark at the Indian box office post-covid-19 pandemic. The Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri-directed witnessed the first major drop on the 2nd Monday but the collection remained solid with 12.40 crores, pushing the total domestic net to 179.85 crores. It will cross the 200 crores mark by Wednesday. TKF has been trending exceedingly well throughout the first 11 days and outscored many Hindi blockbuster films. On its 11th day, the movie registered the 4th biggest 2nd Monday of all time at the Hindi box office. There have been only four films in the past that have scored over 10 crores on the 2nd Monday and now, TKF has joined the list at number 4. Box Office: The Kashmir Files Second Monday Early Estimates

Mumbai, March 21 - Vivek Ranjan Agnihotir's "The Kashmir Files" witnesses a major drop for the first time on the second Monday, however, the collection remains solid. TKF, which had dropped only twice in the first 10 days that too just 0.33% (1st Monday), and 5.25% (1st Thursday), falls approx. 54% on the second Monday for an estimated 12 crores. It is a usual drop for any movie on a non-Holiday day. It will cross the 200 crores net mark this week, mostly by the second Wednesday, and will become the first Bollywood movie since "Tanhaji" (2021) to achieve the feat. The total net collection currently stands at 179.45 crores after 11 days, including the 2nd Monday. The second Monday collection will still be leading TKF in the top 5 biggest Hindi films of all time. The Kashmir Files Hits Double Century At The Worldwide Box Office

Mumbai, March 21 - Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri's "The Kashmir Files" has hit the double century mark at the worldwide box office, becoming the first Indian film of 2022 to achieve the feet. ## Based on the exodus of the Kashmiri Pandits, TKF has achieved the box office milestone in just 10 days, which is an extraordinary feat for a low-budget film. The film had scored 97.30 crores net in the first week while the second-weekend collection lent on 70.15 crores (3rd biggest of all-time). ## The film was declared tax-free in some of the Indian states which helped the makers to earn more profit. Thanks to government support, the net collection of TKF reached 167.45 crores in just 10 days (194 cr. gross). Overseas, the film has so far grossed approx. 20 crores, pushing the global total to 214 crores. ## The Kashmir Files has become the highest-grossing film for Anupam Kher, and Mithun Chakraborty, who played prominent roles in the film, so is for the director Vivek Agnihotri.
