Mumbai, June 10 - Akshay Kumar fronted Samrat Prithviraj and witnessed another fall on the second Friday of its box office run as the early estimated collections are set to be in the range of 1.75 crores net box office collections. This Friday saw the release of the Hollywood tentpole Jurassic World Dominion. Actually, the film was released yesterday only but that was paid previews which started after 4 PM. The film is a big film for the A center multiplex of India and that's why it affected the collections of Samrat Prithviraj. The second Friday collections of Samrat Prithviraj will take its entire box office collections to a little over 56cr which is a very low number for such a giant film. The content of the film has faced outright rejection from the paying public. The lifetime business of the film may struggle to reach 75cr despite no major Hindi film releasing for the next two weeks. The overseas performance of Samrat Prithviraj is as bad as the domestic performance. Mumbai, June 10 - The last week's mega release Samrat Prithviraj fronted by Akshay Kumar has ended its first week on a low note. Samrat Prithviraj just collected 55.05 crores net box office collections in the first week. The film was released on around 4000 screens in India and the budget of the film is said to be over 200cr making it one of the biggest budgeted flicks in Bollywood. Box Office: Vikram First Sunday Early Estimates; Sensational Day At Work

Chennai, June 5 - The Raaj Kamal Films International's production "Vikram" fired up a remarkable opening weekend at the box office and crossed the 100 crores gross mark domestically. The Kamal Haasan-starrer, after witnessing one of the strongest second-day holds, sees growth again on Sunday for excellent an estimated 31 crores net for all languages. This takes the movie to over 91 crores net in three days. In the home state, Tamil Nadu, the Lokesh Kanagaraj-directed movie scored another approx. 21.50 crores gross on Sunday, pushing total gross collection to 64+ crores in Tamil Nadu. Box Office: Samrat Prithviraj First Sunday Early Estimates; Big Growth On The Cards

Mumbai, June 5 - Samrat Prithviraj is heading towards its best day at the ticket window as the film is expected to score over 16 crores net on the first Sunday. The collections could escalate a bit if the performance in single screens comes out better than expected. At this time Samrat Prithiviraj is heading for a 16-16.50cr net, as per the early estimates. The growth from Saturday is almost 30% which is a huge jump but for Samrat Prithviraj, you cannot use huge growth as the first two days underperformed. If the film was coming after a 40cr first two days collections then a 30% jump would have been considered big. The big Sunday will take the entire collections of Samrat Prithviraj's first three days collections to a little under the 40cr net box office mark depending upon the final Sunday numbers which will arrive in the morning. The first weekend will be higher than the last Akshay Kumar starrer Bachchhan Paandey. The overall weekend still remains low but the trajectory of the film is good till now as the film has seen a good growth after such a low opening day. The Monday hold is going to be very crucial and the film needs a double-digit Monday for any chance of survival at the box office. There are no circuits that are putting excellent numbers but the performance in the northern single screens is better while the multiplexes have shown a bad performance everywhere. Lara Dutta Confirms Returning In Salman Khan, Anees Bazmee's 'No Entry 2'

Mumbai, June 5 - Bollywood actress Lara Dutta has confirmed that she would be returning to reprise her role in the sequel to Anees Bazmee's superhit No Entry. The movie has been in the news for a long time and it was officially confirmed by Salman Khan himself in December last year. ## Salman Khan, along with Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan has already been confirmed to return in the sequel, tentatively titled No Entry Mein Entry. It was reported that the trio will be seen playing a triple role in the movie, however, it was then not confirmed whether the original lead heroines will return or not. ## Putting all the speculations to the rest, Lara Dutta confirmed at International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) that she "can't get back with him (Salman Khan) to work in No Entry 2". With Lara confirmed her return to the movie, it is also confirmed that Esha Deol and Celina Jaitly may also be reprising their roles. However, there is doubt about Bipasha Basu's participation in the movie. ## "No Entry Mein Entry" will be produced by Boney Kapoor who also produced the original movie. Released in 2005, "No Entry" was the highest-grossing film of the year. Anees recently told IndiaToday.in, "The shoot of the film is going to start very soon. Box Office: Samrat Prithviraj First Saturday Early Estimates

Mumbai, June 4 - Samrat Prithviraj has shown a little improvement in its collections as the film is estimated to score around 12.50 crores net on its first Saturday. The growth from the first day is around 15% which is decent as you expect around 50% growth on Saturdays when the starting point of the film is low. The trajectory of the film is very similar to the last Akshay Kumar film Bachchhan Paandey which scored around 37.25cr net box office collections in the first weekend and that will be going to be the target for Samrat Prithviraj. The first Saturday collections will take the first two days of collections of the film to a little over 23cr net box office mark depending on the final first Saturday collections. The limited growth on Saturday also confirmed that the film won't see any huge growth on Sunday as well. All the major centers have performed poorly on the first two days while some single screens in the North have seen good footfalls over the first two days. The film is the costliest film of Akshay Kumar's career and looking from that point of view then the numbers are disastrous.
