Akshay Kumar's Bell Bottom is all set to begin filming from August 2020. It will be among the first films to start shooting post nationwide lockdown while first Indian film to commence shooting in the foreign destinations. The entire cast of the film including Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, and Lara Dutta will head to the UK in August for the shoot.## Producer of the film, Jackky Bhagnani took to social media and shared the news of film's shootings. He also shared a picture that shows Akshay sitting over a vintage luxury car and the three female actors Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, and Lara Dutta standing beside it. Producer Jackky Bhagnani is seen sitting on the footstep of the car. Its story is set in the 1980s and is all about one of India’s forgotten heroes. Vaani Kapoor is the latest addition and she will be as the female lead opposite Akshay. ## The film is being produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani under the banner of Pooja Entertainment, in association with Emmay Entertainment. ## Akshay Kumar had unveiled the first look of the movie in November last year. BJP MP and senior actor Roopa Ganguly said that after Sushant Singh Rajput's death, she will boycott the movies of a certain group of people who have been blatantly practicing nepotism in the film industry.## Speaking to IANS, she said, "I will not watch films of certain people after this. Because they have given a message to the country that boys and girls from small towns should not come to the industry. Nepotism will be there everywhere. Parents can definitely help their children. But it should not be practiced in a way so that some people are pushed to death".## While a debate has already been sparked over nepotism, some people including Roopa Ganguly are not happy with the way things are going on in the Sushant Singh Rajput death investigation. Roopa Ganguly raised questions on Mumbai Police who is investigating Sushant's death. She also hinted that Sushant might have murdered. ## "Without getting a suicide note, or any stool/chair or anything in the room with which he can hang himself, the police came to the conclusion (that it was suicide). Instead of calling it an accidental death, the police make a statement that it is suicide. The narrative was set a few days ago that he was going through depression. That has raised a big question in our minds. Without a suicide note, how did police call it a suicide even before the postmortem?", she said.## "A lot of questions have been answered but they don’t add up. Why did the forensic team reach his house on June 15? The police said there was no foul play. The forensic team reaching a day late and that raises a big question. Why were there so many marks on his body? That he hanged from the ceiling has no impact on his face as we can see in his last pictures. Why have the police not sealed his house yet? Where is his dog?".## "Is it not possible that he was murdered? Is it not possible that someone murdered him, locked his body inside the bedroom and said the keys were lost? Why has nobody been arrested yet? The police couldn’t prove it is a suicide", alleges the actress-politician.## Roopa Ganguly also said that she is not doubting the capabilities of Mumbai Police but a CBI enquiry would be more unbiased. ## "I am not raising questions on Mumbai Police’s capability, but I feel investigation by a central agency like the CBI would be more unbiased. Why should the police department consider it as an insult to take help from other agencies? If they are so sure that it is suicide then they should actually call the CBI to prove it to us".## FYI, Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide at his apartment in Mumbai on June 14. One of the best choreographers of the Hindi cinema, Saroj Khan had passed away on Friday, July 3 due to a cardiac arrest. She was known as a 'Mother of dance' who choreographed more than 2000 songs in her more than forty years of career. During the period, she won 3 national awards and several other awards at different platforms. ## However, there was a time when she had no work and was going through a tough period of life. At that time, Salman Khan came forward and had extended his support to her and promised films, as Saroj Khan once had revealed. Recently, the late choreographer's daughter Sukaina also shared how Salman Khan and his family have always supported them. ## She said, "Salman sir and his family, whether Alvira or Alizeh, have always stood strong with us as a family. They always came forward and are there for us". ## Sukaina also revealed that once Salman Khan helped her son who went undergo for his heart surgery and Salman Khan quickly got in touch with them after his niece Alizeh informed him. "My son had this heart issue. It has been nearly three weeks since Sushant Singh Rajput claimed his life by hanging in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. Considering its a suspicious suicide, Mumbai police has been investigating his death and probing Sushant's colleagues in the industry and recording their statement. ## On the other hand, late actor's fans are not happy with the way things are going as they believe his death did not happen by suicide, hence, his fans are demanding a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the actor’s death.## The hashtag #BreakTheSilenceForSushant has been trending throughout the Friday on Twitter. Ajay Devgn starrer upcoming biographical sports film 'Maidaan' has been postponed and will now release on 13 August 2021. In the early hours of Friday morning on July 3, an ace dance choreographer of India, Saroj Khan took her last breath as the 71-year-old died due to cardiac arrest. She was recently admitted to Guru Nanak Hospital for breathing issues where she suffered cardiac arrest. The three times national award winner was one of the most respected and celebrated choreographers of the Hindi film industry.## Superstar Shah Rukh Khan who had worked with Saroj Khan in movies like Baazigar, Pardes, Swades, Devdas, and others took to Twitter and paid his tribute to Saroj Khan and remembered how caring and loving person she was. Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapoor starrer Sadak 2 lends in trouble even before its release. Recently, the makers of the movie released the first look poster of the movie and now a complaint has been filed before a court in Muzaffarpur, Bihar on Thursday against filmmakers Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt, along with actress Alia Bhatt, who have been accused of 'hurting Hindu sentiments' through the poster.## The complaint was lodged by Acharya Chandra Kishore Parashar, a resident of Sikandarpur locality of the town, through his advocate Sonu Kumar. ## The complainant has taken exception to the use of an image of Kailash Mansarovar in the poster of the movie. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mukesh Kumar, fixed July 08 as the next date of hearing in the case, lodged under IPC sections 295A (deliberately outraging religious feelings) and 120B (criminal conspiracy).## Sadak 2 is a romantic thriller film which is a sequel to the blockbuster movie of 1991 'Sadak'. It is produced by Mukesh Bhatt while Mahesh Bhatt is making his comeback after more than 2 decades as a director. An ace choreographer who choreographed some of the iconic songs of the Hindi cinema, Saroj Khan passed away early morning on Friday (July 3) due to sudden cardiac arrest in Mumbai. She was 71-year old.
