Hyderabad, July 4 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan's historical action drama Heri Hara Veera Mallu is hitting the big screen on July 24 this year. The trailer for the same was launched on July 3rd amid huge anticipation, and it didn't disappoint the fans. ## Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and A. M. Jyothi Krishna, the Hari Hara Verra Mallu trailer has been getting positive reception from the audience, and this has resulted in a record-breaking viewership on YouTube for a South film trailer. ## According to the makers, the HHVM trailer generated 48 million views in the Telugu version, a record for a non-Hindi language trailer in India. Overall, the trailer amassed 61.7 million views across all languages on YouTube in the first 24 hours, making it one of the most-watched South Indian movie trailers ever. ## HHVM, produced by Mega Surya Production, is one of the most anticipated Telugu films of the year, and the response to the trailer indicates the same. This is the first instance when the makers of any film have declared their movie an industry hit, after the opening day itself. ## While the intention behind such a gimmick is unclear, it is probably the silliest thing to do, as in reality, Kannappa will fall way short of the box office mark, which is required to become an industry hit. It is basically a self-trolling act by the Kannappa team, which is strange to even think about. ## As for the box office collection, Kannappa opened to around 11 crores gross at the Indian box office and around 13 crores gross at the worldwide box office. This collection, however, is good for a Vishnu Manchu film. After scoring the biggest opening weekend for Dhanush and Nagarjuna, Kubraa is holding very well during the weekdays, and has managed to surpass 100 crores gross as I type this. ## In the first 5 days, through Tuesday, the film grossed an estimated 97 crores worldwide, including approximately 72 crores in India and 25 crores at the overseas box office. On its 6th day of business, it has entered the 100 crores club, becoming the 5th Telugu movie of the year to do so. ## Kuberaa is the 4th movie of Dhanush to hit 100 crores gross worldwide, after "Raayan" (also his highest-grossing movie), Vaathi/Sir, and Thiruchitrambalam. Hyderabad, June 23 - Director Sekhar Kammula's Telugu-Tamil drama thriller Kuberaa starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika Mandanna scored an excellent opening weekend, exceeding expectations at the domestic and worldwide box office. ## Kuberaa recorded strong occupancies throughout the weekend, especially for the Telugu version. The movie opened to an excellent collection on Friday, grossing over 17 crores domestically. Of which, the Telugu version generated over 11.50 crores gross, which is around 65% of the total business. ## The opening day biz was driven by strong word of mouth, which translated into bigger numbers on Saturday and Sunday. The film finished the 3-day opening weekend with a gross collection of around 57 crores, including around 40 crores gross in the Telugu version. ## Overseas, Kuberaa grossed an estimated 23 crores, for a worldwide total of around 80 crores. Hyderabad, June 21 - Superstar Pawan Kalyan's long-awaited period action drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu has been rescheduled to a July release after getting postponed from June. The film is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and A M Jothi Krisna. ## On Saturday (June 21), the makers took to social media and announced that the much-awaited blockbuster will be hitting the worldwide theatres on July 24 this year in the original Telugu language along with the dubbed versions of Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. ## Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which has been in the making for nearly 5 years, was initially announced for worldwide release on 14 January 2022, coinciding with Sankranti. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was pushed back to April 2022, but it again couldn't make it to that date and was postponed indefinitely. ## The movie kept delaying due to Pawan Kalyan's tight schedule, but it was finally scheduled for a 28 March 2025 release, but was postponed again as many portions of the shoot were incomplete. It was confirmed for a June 12 release, and it looked like the movie would finally see the light of day. Mumbai, June 2 - Superstar Mahesh Babu's fantasy action comedy Khaleja has exceeded expectations in its opening weekend and has become the highest as well as the first double-digit Telugu re-release grosser at the worldwide box office. ## Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Khaleja was re-released on May 30 amid the huge hype, and it scored the third biggest opening for a South Indian re-release film with approximately 6.75 crores gross. The movie scored good hold on the second day to earn around 2 crore gross, followed by around 1.50 crore gross on Sunday. ## Khaleja grossed approximately 10.25 crores in its opening weekend worldwide, including around 9 crores gross in India and 1.25 crores overseas. With this, it has become the first double-digit Telugu and third South India re-release grosser. ## The movie was re-released without any special occasion, and yet, it scored an excellent collection worldwide. Apart from being the first double-digit grosser, it also became the first Indian re-release title to gross $100K at the North American box office. ## The movie also stars Anushka Shetty as the female lead, alongside Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Shafi, Sunil, Ali, and Subbaraju in supporting roles. The movie created a huge buzz and scored one of the biggest pre-sales for an Indian re-release title. ## Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Khaleja has created a record at the North American box office, becoming the highest-grossing Indian re-release movie in just one day.
