Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn is set to make a film on the recent Galwan Valley clash between India and China that took place on June 15-16. During the violent clash in the Valley, the Indian Army fought bravely and caused China heavy casualties. However, unfortunately, during the clash, 20 Indian soldiers also lost their lives. ## Now, Ajay Devgn's FFilms in collaboration with Select Media Holdings LLP will narrate the story of the sacrifice of 20 Indian army men, who fought the Chinese army. In the early hours of Friday morning on July 3, an ace dance choreographer of India, Saroj Khan took her last breath as the 71-year-old died due to cardiac arrest. She was recently admitted to Guru Nanak Hospital for breathing issues where she suffered cardiac arrest. The three times national award winner was one of the most respected and celebrated choreographers of the Hindi film industry.## Superstar Shah Rukh Khan who had worked with Saroj Khan in movies like Baazigar, Pardes, Swades, Devdas, and others took to Twitter and paid his tribute to Saroj Khan and remembered how caring and loving person she was. Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapoor starrer Sadak 2 lends in trouble even before its release. Recently, the makers of the movie released the first look poster of the movie and now a complaint has been filed before a court in Muzaffarpur, Bihar on Thursday against filmmakers Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt, along with actress Alia Bhatt, who have been accused of 'hurting Hindu sentiments' through the poster.## The complaint was lodged by Acharya Chandra Kishore Parashar, a resident of Sikandarpur locality of the town, through his advocate Sonu Kumar. ## The complainant has taken exception to the use of an image of Kailash Mansarovar in the poster of the movie. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mukesh Kumar, fixed July 08 as the next date of hearing in the case, lodged under IPC sections 295A (deliberately outraging religious feelings) and 120B (criminal conspiracy).## Sadak 2 is a romantic thriller film which is a sequel to the blockbuster movie of 1991 'Sadak'. It is produced by Mukesh Bhatt while Mahesh Bhatt is making his comeback after more than 2 decades as a director. An ace choreographer who choreographed some of the iconic songs of the Hindi cinema, Saroj Khan passed away early morning on Friday (July 3) due to sudden cardiac arrest in Mumbai. She was 71-year old. The three times national award winner was hailed as one of the most prominent dance choreographers of India and was famously known as "The Mother of Dance/Choreography in India". ## The news of the veteran choreographer's death saddened the film fraternity. The makers of the Vidya Balan starrer 'Shakuntala Devi' have finalized the release date of the movie. Earlier today, the PVR cinemas announced that its re-opening 9 screen multiplex in Colombo, Sri Lanka.## Dharma Productions that co-produced Good News, took to its official Twitter handle and shared the news. The Multiplex Association of India disappointed as the cinemas and multiplexes continue to remain in prohibited activities under the central government's Unlock 2.0 guidelines despite knowing the fact that most of the things are being opened up. ## On Thursday, July 2, the association writes to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) seeking the re-opening of cinemas. It stated that the reopening of cinemas can set an example of how social distancing guidelines can be exercised in a planned manner. It also gave an example of some of the countries that have opened up cinemas with the implementation of the highest degree of safety protocols. ## The Association also highlights that the multiplexes provide more than 200000 employment directly. Being the backbone of the film industry and generates 60% of revenues of the film business, the Association stressed out how the lockdown has brought the industry at a standstill with losses mounting every passing day. ## While the uncertainty over re-opening of cinemas remains to continue, the Association believes that even the theaters re-open now, it may take 3-6 months before things return anywhere close to normalcy. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the tensions have increased between India and China at the border after a violent face-off on June 15-16 at Line Of Actual Control (LAC) between the two nuclear nations. A few days after, the government of India took a bold decision and banned 59 Chinese apps including Tik Tok, Xender, UC Browser, and Shareit. ## Now, supporting the GOI's move, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has passed a statement and asked Bollywood stars not to endorse any Chinese product. The statement read as follows, "We, therefore, request all not to endorse any Chinese brand in the wake of the ongoing tension between the two countries".## "It is an issue of serious concern and we should all give utter priority to the safety and security of our Nation. For us, the 'Nation comes First'. Bollywood actress Amrita Rao is feeling proud of Mumbai's Lalbaugcha Raja Mandal for not celebrating the Ganeshotsav this year in August due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, the Mandal has decided to organize blood and plasma donation camps in its place. They will also be providing financial support to the families of policemen who died of Coronavirus. ## Amrita Rao, in an interview with ETimes, said, "Lalbaugcha Raja Ganeshotsav Mandal has taken it to another level of nobility by deciding to organize blood and plasma donation camps. They will also be providing financial assistance to the families of policemen who died of Covid-19 in place of this year's annual Ganesh Utsav celebrations".## "I hope every big pandal in the city takes inspiration from Lalbaugcha Raja. This year Ganapati Bappa is giving his blessings through humanity and doctors", the actress said. ## She further said, "I have been visiting the pandal since my childhood and my Ganesh Chaturthi celebration are incomplete without this darshan, however, I am truly impressed and grateful to them that without thinking about donations or any other factor they have postponed their pandal celebration this August in the best interest of the public's health".## The 39-year old actress also feels that the COVID-19 pandemic has given humans a wake-up call that if we don't act to protect the environment, it will find its own way of regaining the balance. ## "Nature had to literally lock humans down in their homes to regain its balance. A source close to the development reveals that "Laxmmi Bomb was sold for a huge amount of Rs 125 crores. Ajay Devgn along with producers Bhushan Kumar, Vajir Singh, and others also have cracked a solid deal with Hotstar for Bhuj. The film has been sold for a whopping price of Rs 112 crores. That also makes Bhuj the second highest-earning film to release on OTT platforms this year after Laxmmi Bomb so far".## It is important to highlight that because of the stardom of Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn, both the movies could have earned more had it released in the theaters first.
