Anushka Shetty's 'Ghaati' Postponed

Hyderabad, July 5 - Anushka Shetty's much-awaited action thriller film Ghaati has been postponed once again due to pending work. The film is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and produced by Yeduguru Rajeev Reddy and Saibabu Jagarlamudi under the banner of UV Creations and First Frame Entertainment. ## Ghaati, which is Anushka's first film since "Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty" (2023), was supposed to be released on July 11 after earlier getting postponed from April 18 this year. The makers issued a statement, announcing the postponement owing to the pending work. ## "Cinema is a living river. Sometimes it rushes forward, sometimes it pauses to gather depth. Ghaati is not just a film; it's a mountain echo, a wild breeze, a story carved from stone and soil. To honour every frame, every breath, we have chosen to hold its flight a little longer in our embrace. We believe this wait will make the experience richer, more intense, more unforgettable", the makers said in the statement. ## It is said that the film features high-quality VFX, and the delay is due to the incomplete post-production work. Vetrimaaran's Much-Awaited 'Viduthalai' To Release In Two Parts

Chennai, September 4 - Ace Tamil director Vetrimaaran's much-awaited crime thriller film Viduthalai will be released in two parts, announced the makers on the director's birthday today (Sept. 4). The film stars Soori in the lead and Vijay Sethupathi as 'Vaathiyaar'. ## The shooting of "Viduthalai 1" has already been completed and post-production work is on in full swing. Only a few portions are left to wrap up the shooting of "Viduthalai 2", which is currently happening in Sirumalai and Kodaikannal.## Produced by RS Infotainment's Elred Kumar, the 'Viduthalai' franchise is believed to be made on a whopping budget.
