Perry, 20 September - Jake Hager has officially announced that he's done with his MMA career. ## After leaving WWE in 2017, he decided to try out professional mixed martial arts (MMA) and signed with Bellator MMA. He did pretty well, with a 3-0-1 record, and his last fight was against Brandon Calton at Bellator 250 in October 2020, which he won by split decision. ## Before his AEW wrestling stint, he worked with different wrestling promotions, including Lucha Underground, where he was known as Jake Strong and was the final Lucha Underground Champion. ## During a virtual signing with K & S WrestleFest, Hager made it clear that he's hanging up his MMA gloves. He mentioned that Bellator wasn't treating him right, so he's putting all his focus back into wrestling. ## Now, it looks like he'll be a regular wrestler in AEW. After his AEW debut, he joined the Inner Circle with Santana, Ortiz, and Sammy Guevara before becoming part of the Jericho Appreciation Society. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...
