WWE's Ivar Pulled From WWE Raw But Expected Back Soon

The Viking Raiders' Ivar missed his scheduled match on Raw against Andrade but should return to the ring shortly.

Ivar was advertised for the match but was pulled due to medical reasons according to Raw General Manager Adam Pearce. Imperium's Giovanni Vinci replaced Ivar.



Sources say Ivar is alright and will be back in action soon. The reason for him being pulled is unrevealed.

This is positive news as Ivar has been thriving as a singles competitor. With tag partner Erik out injured, WWE has kept Ivar on TV and given him matches. This differs from WWE's past where both tag team members would be pulled if one is injured.

Ivar's performance in a "Viking Rules" match against Kofi Kingston last year was well-received by WWE officials. His willingness to compete without Erik has WWE considering using him as a singles star in the future.
