Detroit, 5 August 2023 - Here are the complete results for The 2023 SummerSlam Pay-Per-View event which took place on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. The event maked a return to its traditional August slot after the previous year's event was aired in July.

The event also marked a historic moment as it became the first event to be live-streamed on Binge in Australia. Additionally, it was the first time since WrestleMania 23 in April 2007 that Ford Field hosted such a grand wrestling spectacle.

The event featured a total of 9 matches. The main event had Roman Reigns defeating Jey Uso in Tribal Combat to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. There were some unexpected moments in the event as well. It took an unexpected turn when Bianca Belair defeated defending champions Asuka and Charlotte Flair in a triple-threat match to win SmackDown's WWE Women's Championship. After the match, IYO Sky suddenly came in and cashed in on Bianca Belair to become the new SmackDown WWE Women's champion.

In addition, Seth "Freakin" Rollins retained his Raw's World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Finn Bálor. Cody Rhodes defeated Brock Lesnar, and Gunther defeated Drew McIntyre to retain Raw's Intercontinental Championship. In the opening bout, Logan Paul defeated Ricochet.
