WWE SmackDown: Jeff Hardy(c) Vs. Nakamura--Intercontinental Title Match Recap 8/28
This week's Friday Night SmackDown saw Jeff Hardy cheering up with Title victory celebration. He just happened to be there in order to issue an open challenge. Meanwhile, AJ Styles intervened Jeff Hardy possibly demanding a rematch. But AJ Styles was bound to take a step back as he was not medically cleared to fight. Thus it gave Nakamura a chance to get his hands on the title.

Back from the break as we were digging our eyes on the Intercontinental Championship match between Nakamura and Jeff Hardy. Nakamura looked a little injured by his leg as Nakamura caught him earlier. Jeff Hardy sent Nakamura out of the ring and then drove him back form the commentary box. Jeff Hardy followed him outside and sent him flying to the commentary box that hit AJ Styles who was also there.
Back from the commercial break as Nakamura continued to attack Jeff Hardy's leg. Jeff Hardy all the way at the top and jumped over Nakamura. Nakamura dropped Jeff Hardy on his back. Nakamura at the top rope with the knee for the cover kicked out at two.
Nakamura looked for the last move, but Jeff Hardy instead with Twist of fate and then all the way to the top rope for the jump which he landed successfully. Jeff Hardy with the cover to retain the title.
