After a commercial break, attention turns to the impending United States Title Match featuring Austin Theory and Santos Escobar. Kayla Braxton conducts an interview with Santos Escobar, inquiring about his mindset leading into the upcoming bout. Escobar confidently asserts that there's a solitary word to encapsulate his emotions: confidence. He firmly believes that he possesses the upper hand against Austin Theory.

However, the scene takes an abrupt turn as Austin Theory launches a surprise attack from behind, catching Escobar off guard. With precision, Theory executes a back drop driver, propelling Escobar onto a storage case, leaving him writhing in pain.

Although officials intervene to restrain Theory's aggression, he manages to break free momentarily, utilizing a storage case to inflict further damage. With a calculated move, Theory slams the top of the storage case onto Escobar's leg, intensifying the assault and exacerbating Escobar's injuries.

His aim is to elevate the competition to a higher plane, declaring that a prophet's true strength lies in the support of his followers. AJ finds himself on the apron and connects with a forearm strike, teeing up for his signature Phenomenal Forearm. However, Kross seizes AJ's attempt, swiftly locking in the Cross Jacket submission hold. AJ reaches the ropes and endeavors to counter by floating over, but Kross showcases his technical prowess, rolling through and maintaining the hold, drawing inspiration from Bret Hart's legendary techniques.

AJ's resilience comes to the forefront as he hurls Kross into the turnbuckles and executes a breathtaking moonsault, followed by a reverse DDT, narrowly missing a three-count. AJ continues his assault with well-placed kicks on Kross before ascending the apron for a springboard 450 splash, which he successfully lands. However, Scarlett intervenes, strategically placing Kross' foot on the ropes, halting the pinfall attempt. Mia Yim enters the fray, engaging in a physical altercation with Scarlett, ultimately leading to both women colliding with the announce table.

In the midst of the chaos, Kross capitalizes by blindsiding AJ and executing a potent Saito suplex. Kross prepares for a forearm strike, but AJ cunningly evades and connects with a Pele Kick. The momentum shifts as AJ sets up for his finishing maneuver, the Styles Clash. Scarlett's presence on the apron once again disrupts AJ's plan, but Mia intervenes by removing Scarlett from the equation and sending her over the announce table. This allows AJ to deliver a decisive Pele Kick followed by the Styles Clash, securing the three-count for the victory.

Edge emphasizes the significance of his history with Sheamus, crediting the Irishman for rekindling his passion after his retirement and surgeries. Edge recounts a bike mishap that prompted him to realize his readiness to return to the ring. He explains how his interactions with Sheamus played a pivotal role in this journey.

Bringing Sheamus out to the ring, Edge passes him the microphone. Sheamus playfully mentions the "Celtic Warrior workout" and shares the humorous footage that Edge alluded to earlier. The banter between Edge and Sheamus continues, including the unveiling of a photo that prompts laughter from the crowd.

Sheamus recounts a pivotal moment in his career when he was at a crossroads, and Edge's kindness and support left an indelible impact. He credits Edge's generosity for his own success and expresses gratitude for the opportunities he received.

Edge reiterates his challenge to Sheamus, proposing a match with a promise of post-match scotch, which Sheamus agrees to, with a playful condition of switching the scotch for Guinness. The deal is sealed, and Sheamus assures Edge that he hopes he didn't make a mistake.

Returning from the break, it's announced that next week, Edge will mark his 25 years in WWE and will face Sheamus. Rey Mysterio will also appear on the Grayson Waller Effect.

Roman Reigns' entrance music hits, and he, accompanied by Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa, makes his way to the ring.

We go to another commercial break.

Back from the break, Roman grabs the microphone and commands the Calgary crowd to Acknowledge Him.

Roman inquires about Jimmy's whereabouts to Paul.

Paul responds that he genuinely doesn't know.

Roman questions how Paul could not know.

Paul explains that he hasn't come across Jimmy all day.

Paul adds that he did talk to Jimmy earlier, and Jimmy was a bit upset with him.

Suddenly, Jimmy appears at ringside, capturing the attention of Roman, Solo, and Paul.

Jimmy makes his way into the ring, greeted with a reception akin to that of Johnny Gaudreau or Matthew Tkachuk.

Roman assures Jimmy that he need not concern himself with them because they hold no significance. He wants to be transparent and asks what Jimmy's price is, pledging to fulfill any request – whether it's a new car, boat, or yacht.

Jimmy, however, declines any offerings from Roman. He explains that his actions at SummerSlam were not motivated by Roman. Instead, he emphasizes that he did what he did out of love for Jey. It wasn't driven by jealousy, but by his fear of losing Jey. Jimmy believes that if Jey had won, he would have been subjected to the corrupting influence of power and authority, just like Roman. He expresses his concern about watching Jey transform into a deceitful figure like Roman.

This emotional revelation resonates with Jimmy as he professes his truth. He clarifies that he didn't intervene to steal Jey's spotlight, but rather because he loves him. He acknowledges that if Jey wants to unleash his anger on him, he's willing to take the pain – a consequence of thirty-seven years of brotherhood.

Jimmy readies himself for Jey's potential backlash, yet Jey surprisingly turns away from him.

As Jimmy walks around Jey, Jey deliberately averts his gaze from his brother.

Jimmy exits the ring, leaving behind an echoing laugh from Roman, who remarks that he was right. Roman emphasizes his earlier prediction that Jey's impulsiveness would lead to failure. He emphasizes that the situation is not about Jey and Jimmy's bond, but about a single, overarching theme that has persisted for three years. Roman insists that Jey ACKNOWLEDGE.

Just then, Jey delivers a super kick to Roman, and Solo enters the fray by attacking Jey. Solo sets up for a Samoan Spike, but Jey manages to evade, countering with another super kick. In the midst of the chaos, Roman lands a Superman punch on Jey, preparing for his signature spear. As Jimmy gradually walks away, Roman charges towards Jey, only to be met with a super kick from Jey.

Jey calls out to Jimmy, urging him to come closer. Jimmy appears to anticipate a hug, but to his surprise, Jey launches a super kick right into Jimmy's face.

Jey decisively declares that he is severing ties with The Bloodline, exiting Smackdown, and bidding farewell to WWE.
