WWE Expected Jennifer Pepperman To Join AEW Due To Being Mercedes Mone's Personal Writer

AEW CEO Tony Khan recently made a huge announcement, revealing the addition of a powerhouse talent: Jennifer Pepperman, the industry's three-time Daytime Emmy-winning creative force.





Pepperman, a veteran of the WWE scene for the past seven years, recently decided to blaze a new trail and join the AEW ranks. With her extensive experience, she'll be spearheading the development of content for all their live shows, working alongside Khan himself.



While speaking on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that WWE reportedly expected Jennifer Pepperman to join AEW - which she has done - as Mercedes Mone's 'personal writer'.



"When she quit last week, I was actually told by WWE that they expected that she would be in AEW very soon, because of her connection with Mercedes. As Mercedes' personal writer like Brian Gewirtz is for Dwayne Johnson (The Rock)."
