WWE's next big PPV event, Clash at the Castle 2022 is set to take place on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. ## This will mark WWE's first major stadium event to take place in the United Kingdom (UK) since the 1992 SummerSlam and the company's first PPV in general to take place in the UK since the 2003 Insurrextion. The event's title is a reference to Cardiff Castle, which is situated near the Principality Stadium. ## Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre for the unified WWE Universal title is scheduled to take place at the event. Reports are stating that Riddle vs. Seth Rollins is “confirmed internally” even though it hasn’t officially been announced. ## WWE Clash At The Castle (2022) Predicted Card ## Singles Match: Seth Rollins Vs. Riddle ## As noted, Riddle began feuding with Seth "Freakin" Rollins, leading to a match between the two being announced for SummerSlam. Shinsuke Nakamura answered an open challenge for Gunther's Intercontinental Championship but has, instead, received back-to-back matches with Ludwig Kaiser. ## There is a strong belief, that WWE never scheduled Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Gunther because they always wanted to have it happen At Clash at the Castle. ## Singles Match: Edge vs. Finn Balor ## On the 6 June episode of Raw, Edge introduced Bálor as the newest member of The Judgment Day, however, Bálor, Priest, and Ripley suddenly attacked Edge, kicking him out of the group and turning Bálor heel for the first time since May 2020. ## I don't expect to see Damian Priest as his opponent for the event, but a match between Edge and Finn Balor will sell at Box Office. ## WWE SmackDown Women's Title: Liv Morgan(c) Vs. Ronda Rousey ## Ronda Rousey has been "suspended" as part of the WWE storyline, but a rematch between her and SmackDown Women's Champion Liv Morgan is rumored for a clash. Meltzer noted that there hasn't been a confirmation as to a rematch for Clash at the Castle, but Rousey was planned to be on that show at press time." ## Tag Team Match: Judgment Day Vs.
