Mumbai, November 8 - The release of "Spider-Man: No Way Home" is getting nearer day by day and the fans are getting excited about this as they know the world of Spider-Man but still aren't sure exactly what the upcoming film is going to be about.
Meanwhile, Sony Pictures/Marvel Studios dropped the first official poster of the third MCU Spider-Man flick, weeks after the first teaser trailer was released on August 24. The poster, similar to an ad released in Australia last week, teased 4 major supervillains in the background, namely Green Goblin hovering on his glider.
While the poster has given a hint about what Tom Holland's Peter Parker/Spider-Man is going to face in the film, it still remains the biggest mystery how many bad guys are Peter Parker going to have to deal with in No Way Home? The poster, however, features Peter Parker in his Iron Spider armor, and he's surrounded by Doc Ock's metal tentacles.
The poster also features Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin for the first time, lurking in the background of the poster. The poster also hints at Jaime Foxx's Electro and Thomas Haden Church's Sandman, though they haven't been revealed officially yet and this left everyone guessing whether they really play their parts in the film.
Going by the poster, we can assume that at least 4 villains will be against Spidey in the film. However, the rumoured talks aren't stopping here as several plot leaks have suggested that another antagonist from past Spider-Man films will appear in No Way Home, along with previous Spider-Man heroes, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire.
Directed by Jon Watts, the superhero film also stars Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, Benedict Wong, among others. It will be released on December 17 in the USA and day-and-day in India in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages by Sony Pictures.
