Mumbai, August 29 - Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is all set to return to the big screen next year with his next film, and for this mega movie, the superstar has reunited with legendary director Rajkumar Santoshi after 30 years.

Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Santoshi's first collaboration "Andaz Apna Apna", which also starred Salman Khan, is considered as a remarkable film in Indian cinema and has gained a cult status over the years. Now, the due is all set to recreate the magic with their second film together.



According to Pinkvilla, "Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Santoshi have been discussing a subject for a while now and things have finally fallen into place. Aamir has loved what's developed by Santoshi and has been sitting with him to work on all the aspects over the last few months".

The film is currently in the pre-production stage and will go on floors on January 20, 2024. "Aamir and Rajkumar Santoshi are all set to bring their entertainer during the Christmas 2024 weekend. The prep work is going on in full swing and the film is all ready to roll out in January", the report further says.

The yet-untitled movie will be produced by Aamir Khan's Aamir Khan Productions in association with Jio Studios. It will be released in cinemas worldwide on December 20, 2024, and will clash with Akshay Kumar's "Welcome 3" and possibly with Salman Khan's next with director Vishnu Vardhaan.
