Mumbai, February 23 - The "Spider-Man: No Way Home" trio of Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield come together to re-create the live version of iconic pointing meme to promote "No Way Home's" post-theatrical release.
Marvel Entertainment took to Twitter and shared the image with the caption, "Of course, we got THE meme. #SpiderManNoWayHome swings home on Digital March 22 and on 4K UHD & Blu-ray on April 12!".
The image comes from the 1960s Spider-Man cartoon episode "Double Identity", in which two Spider-Men are pointing each other, one of whom is a villain who's impersonating the titular hero. The image has been edited over the years by fans who have added more Spider-Men.
Meanwhile, "Spider-Man: No Way Home", directed by Jon Watts, has already created a lot of records at the worldwide box office. Ever since its debut in theaters on December 17, 2021, "No Way Home" has been unstoppable at the box office. With $1.83 billion worldwide, it is the highest-grossing Sony release ever. Domestically, "No Way Home" has overstepped "Avatar" to become all-time 3rd highest grosser with $771 million.
"No Way Home" will be available on digital on March 22 and on 4K UHD & Blu-ray on April 12.
