Sonu Sood Recovered From Covid-19 Within A Week After Testing Positive

Mumbai, April 23, 2021: Actor Sonu Sood, on Friday, announced on social media that he has recovered from the covid-19 and tested negative. On April 17, the actor informed his fans about him being contracted with the virus, and now, within a week, he has been recovered fully.

He shared a photo of himself posing for a picture in a blue tee and a white mask. The star captioned the post as "Tested: COVID-19 Negative".

Sonu Sood had recently taken his first shot of covid-19 vaccine which could be the reason behind his superfast recovery. The actor also urged the government that needy people should be provided vaccines free of cost after the government of India announced that everyone above 18 years of age will be eligible to get vaccines from May 1st.

Meanwhile, ever since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, Sonu Sood has been at the forefront to help people, earning him the title of a "messiah". From arranging transport for stranded migrant workers to sponsoring medical treatments for patients who suffer from serious diseases, the actor has been hailed for his humanitarian work.

And now, as the second wave of the covid-19 is getting worse, Sonu has been helping people by arranging beds in hospitals and medicines for them.
