SSMB29: Mahesh Babu's Film With SS Rajamouli To Be Based On Real-Life Incident

Mumbai, October 18 - After making the movie-lovers across the world fall in love with his period action drama film, RRR, maverick filmmaker SS Rajamouli has set his next project with Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu. Aiming to make it a global movie, SSMB29 will be Rajamouli's maiden film with Mahesh Babu.

It was reported that "SSMB29" will be a jungle-based adventure movie, essentially an African forest action-drama. Now, during a recent interview, acclaimed writer KV Vijayendra Prasad revealed that the storyline of the movie will be inspired by a real-life incident and will have an adventure backdrop.



The movie will be produced by Arka Media, which produced Rajamouli's "Baahubali" franchise. Meanwhile, as per the latest buzz, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is in talks to play the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu in the movie. Meanwhile, Deepika will be seen alongside Prabhas in Nag Ashwin's "Project K".

Mahesh Babu, on the other hand, is busy shooting for Trivikram Srinivas' directorial "SSMB28". Bankrolled by Radhakrishna under the banner of Haarika and Hassine Creations, the movie has Pooja Hegde as the female lead while ace musician S Thaman is providing the tunes for the drama.
