Prithviraj Sukumaran Announces A New Film 'Khalifa' With Director Vysakh

Kochi, October 16 - Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran will headline a revenge thriller film, titled Khalifa. The movie will be directed by Vysakh, whose "Monster" with superstar Mohanlal is scheduled to release on October 21.

In "Khalifa", Prithviraj will play the role of a rich man, and going by the poster tagline, he is in the game of revenge. The movie will be produced by Jinu V Abhraham, Dolwin Kuriakose, Suraj Kumar, and SAREGAMA. It will release in 2023 and the shoot will start soon.



Prithviraj took to Twitter and announced the movie with a striking poster. "Vengeance will be written in GOLD! Announcing #KHALIFA! Directed by #Vysakh", he wrote.

The "Jana Gana Mana" actor has a strong lineup of upcoming films, including "Gold", "Kappa", "Vilayath Budha", "Kaaliyan", "Aadu Jeevitham", "Karachi81", "Tyson", "Salaar", and "Empuraan".
