New Matches Added To AEW Worlds End 2023, Updated Lineup

Jacksonville, December 23 - Adam Copeland has been granted another opportunity to vie for the TNT Championship against Christian Cage. In a previous challenge, Copeland proposed a No Disqualification showdown, with the proposed date set for December 30 at AEW Worlds End. Christian Cage responded to Copeland's proposal during the December 23 episode of AEW Collision.

During his response, Cage took pride in his victory over Adam in Montreal on the December 6 episode of AEW Dynamite, emphasizing that Shayna Wayne played a crucial role in his success. Cage then called upon Shayna to elucidate why she chose to support him.



In her promo, Mama Wayne embraced a full heel persona, acknowledging her position as the matriarch of Christian Cage's faction. She expressed her displeasure at Adam's act of striking her son with a steel chair right in front of her.

Christian Cage, in a pledge ahead of their impending match on Long Island, vowed to eliminate Adam once and for all. He asserted that this encounter would mark the final time he needed to do so, setting the stage for what promises to be a heated showdown for the TNT Championship.
