Kalisto's NXT Producing Role Confirmed

In a noteworthy development, Fightful Select's report in November 2022 unveiled that Kalisto, a former WWE talent, had been actively engaged at NXT live events for the week, where he had taken on the dual roles of a guest coach and a producer.

His presence had been felt throughout the WWE Performance Center as he provided invaluable coaching and guidance to the aspiring wrestlers. However, it was during the Friday night live event that Kalisto truly shone, as he had assumed the pivotal role of a producer, overseeing the women's matches with finesse and expertise.



Furthermore, in an interview with renowned wrestling personality Renee Paquette on The Sessions, Samuray Del Sol confirmed his exciting opportunity to work as a producer for NXT. He enthusiastically shared his experiences and contributions in this esteemed role, shedding light on how he had brought a fresh and dynamic perspective to the wrestling industry. This new chapter in Kalisto and Samuray Del Sol's careers as producers in NXT undoubtedly added a new level of impressiveness to their already illustrious wrestling journeys.

"I got an opportunity to train as a coach on NXT. Seeing that view from that side, I learned a lot more. I produced two matches. It was great. Me, Terry Taylor, and Norman (Smiley) as producers. From that view, and producing a match, it was great. I learned so much," he said.

I'm a hands-on person. So when I was in there, I like showing the moves and bumping for them. The stuff they're doing now, it's great. Being on that side of the producing team, it made me realize that if I was producing myself, I would be like, 'Be more happy, jump, do something on this time. Lucha, lucha, right time.' I would correct myself and my timings from the beginning to the end. I would critique myself and see my own self back when I started at NXT and be like, 'Don't be nervous.' I would say to myself, 'More character.' I was screaming, I lost my voice the whole time. I was really excited to work with everybody in NXT."
