CM Punk on AJ Lee's Potential WWE Return: 'Probably Not, But I'd Love It'

The possibility of AJ Lee returning to WWE television has been a topic of speculation for years, and CM Punk, her husband, recently weighed in on the chances of it happening.

During an interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, Punk was asked directly about Lee's potential return. His response was brief but seemingly definitive: "Probably not."



However, Punk did leave a glimmer of hope, acknowledging that he believes "the door is open" for a return. He added a personal touch, saying, "I think there is. Selfishly, I would love it, but I’m her biggest fan. I love everything she does."

Lee's absence from the ring has been notable since her last WWE appearance in 2015. Since then, she's explored various endeavors, including working as a producer and commentator for Women of Wrestling, writing books, and becoming a mental health advocate.

While a WWE return might not be imminent, Punk's comments suggest it's not entirely out of the question.
