Chennai, Nov 11, 2021: Ajith's Valimai is the MOST LIKED film on the Book My Show App with over 1.8 million likes. It's the MOST anticipated Tamil film at this point in time.

Valimai is directed by H Vinoth, marking his second collaboration with Ajith after the 2019 courtroom drama, Nerkonda Paarvai. Billed as an action entertainer, Valimai has remained one of the most awaited Indian films ever since its announcement in late 2019. The film's first look and motion poster were released earlier in July to the delight of the lead actor's fans after a long wait.



Produced by Bayview Projects in association with Zee Studios, Valimai has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while Nirav Shah has handled the cinematography.

The film also features Huma S Qureshi, Bani, Sumithra, Achyunth Kumar, Yogi Babu, Raj Ayyappa, Pugazh, among others in supporting roles. The film is scheduled to release on 13 January 2022, coinciding with Pongal.
