Box Office: 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' Crossed 'Jersey' To Become Shahid Kapoor's Biggest Worldwide Grosser Post-Pandemic
Mumbai, February 11 - Maddock Films' romantic-comedy Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in the leading roles, is turning out to be a good outing at the box office. ## Directed by debutante Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the impossible love story opened to decent numbers on the opening day, grossing approximately 13.50 crores worldwide, including 8 crores gross (6.70 crores net) in India alone. The film's opening was on the expected lines after sort of advances it scored. ## The movie witnessed a good jump of around 40% on its second for approximately 19 crores worldwide, including around 11.50 crores gross (9.65 crores net) domestically. The total worldwide collection of TBMAUJ stands at 32.50 crores, including 19.50 crores in India in 2 days, making it Shahid Kapoor's biggest grosser post the COVID-19 pandemic. ## Shahid Kapoor's last theatrical release, "Jersey" minted around 31 crores gross in its lifetime run and TBMAUJ has beaten it in just two days. At the end of the film's opening weekend, it is expected to emerge Shahid's 10th biggest and Kriti Sanon's 9th worldwide grosser. ## Produced by Maddock Films, the movie depicts the love story between a human and a robot.
