War Day 5 Box Office Collection: Has A Bumper Sunday

War ends the opening weekend with a bumper Sunday. On its 5th day (Sunday), War performed very well as expected and earned roughly 36 Cr India net for all languages and closes the first weekend with around 160 Cr (not final). It is the highest in the year 2019 after the opening weekend. Currently, Bharat is the highest opening weekend collection movie of this year with 150.10 Cr India net.## Because of the holiday (Sunday), the occupancy was very good as expected and had around 47% for the day. It was very much similar in the afternoon and evening shows with nearly 57%. War witnessed the growth in some of those cities as well where the occupancy was apparently low during the weekdays. Such cities are Bhopal, Lucknow, Surat, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad in which the occupancy was around 45% which is 15%-20% higher than the previous days.## Hyderabad remained solid both for the Hindi and Telugu versions where the occupancy was around 90%. Box Office Update: War Had A Solid Saturday; Sye Raa Was Steady

War is in no mood to slow down too soon. On moving day (Saturday) of the opening weekend, this action thriller earned 28.70 Cr India net including 27.60 Cr from Hindi version. It witnessed 27.85% growth from Friday.## After 4 days, War's total collection is 123.60 Cr India net from Hindi which is higher than Bharat's first four days despite getting fewer screens. Salman Khan starrar Bharat earned 122.20 Cr. after first 4 days which was the highest at that time in the year 2019. It is highly possible that War may cross Bharat's opening weekend collection which was 150.10 Cr. not only for all languages but for Hindi version also.## On the other hand, Tollywood film Sye Raa Narshima Reddy which also released on the same day as War witnessed a minor growth of 3.85% on Saturday and earned 13.50 Cr India net for all languages. Box Office Update: War Crosses 100 Cr

Bollywood biggie War is showing superb trending during the weekdays in the extended opening weekend. On Friday (October 4), it earned 22.45 Cr India net including 21.30 Cr from the Hindi version and crossed 100 Cr (100.15 Cr) India net in just three days for all languages. However, this film witnessed a minor decline of 7.80% from Thursday on which it earned 24.35 Cr India net.## On the other hand, Tollywood multi-starrar Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is slowing down a bit despite got good reviews from the moviegoers. War Day 3 Box Office Collection: Remains Super Strong

Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Vaani Kapoor starrar War is having a good time at the box office. There seem no hiccups as this action thriller is looking unstoppable. It remained super strong on Friday (October 4) despite another working day. On its 3rd day, this film earned 22.45 Cr. India net (all languages).## War earned 24.35 Cr. on its 2nd day which clearly indicates that this movie is going to set the box office on fire in upcoming days.## Talking about day 3, there was not much difference in occupancy as it was very much similar to Thursday. Occupancy kept improving as the day progressed and averaged 27% which is very similar to the 2nd day. Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai were the main contributors in which the occupancy was around 55%. ## War's Telugu version remained super solid despite the Tollywood biggie Sye Raa Narshima Reddy which is also having a good time. Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, and Vizag-Visakhapatnam show good hold and were the main contributors towards War in Telugu.## On the other hand, the Tamil version of War has had another dull day. Box Office Update: A Good Thursday For War And Sye Raa

War and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had a good Thursday as these two movies could able to maintain a good hold on a working day. On the second day (3 October), War collected 24.35 Cr. while Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had 18.50 Cr. net collection day in India. War's Hindi collection was 23.10 Cr. whereas Sye Raa collected most from the Telugu version where this biographical had a 17.15 Cr day. ## Just FYI, War and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had a bumper opening with 53.35 Cr. and 62 Cr. India net respectively. On Thursday, both films show a mandatory decline because of the working day in India. Apart from Hindi, War collected 85 Lakh from Telugu and 40 Lakh from the Tamil version. On the other hand, Sye Raa collected other than Telugu, 1 Cr. from Hindi, 20 Lakh from Tamil, 5 Lakh from Malayalam, and 10 Lakh from Kannada version.## As compared to occupancy, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had a batter occupancy than War on Thursday which is 20% higher but due to fewer shows than War, Sye Raa earned less as compared to this Bollywood biggie. Both movies' collection got a boost from Evening and Night shows where occupancy was almost double from Morning shows.## Being an action thriller, War is attracting the mass audience which is good news for the makers plus, Hrithik Roshan, and Tiger Shroff's stardom also pulling the audience towards the theaters. War Day 2 Box Office Collection: Good Hold On Working Day

War witnessed a substantial decline on day 2 (Thursday) and earned roughly 21 Cr. (all languages) India net after bossing the first day at the box office. Despite picking the pace towards the evening and night shows, the average occupancy for this action thriller on day 2 was 27% which is nearly 1/3 of its first day.## War had a huge first day at the box office which shows it becomes the highest Hindi collection movie on the first day in India as it earned 53.35 Cr. War Day 1 Box Office Collection: Blockbuster Opening

War has had an exceptional first day at the box office and earned INR 53.35 Cr. (all languages). Though the booking had already ensured the huge opening day, as this movie had 32.50 Cr [Hindi 32 Cr.]. booking collection. The occupancy was mindblowing throughout the opening day, and nearly 85% shows were full.## It is a festival month, and it can't get a better start than this. From North to South and East to West, War performed brilliantly in every region. It was expected that the War would be affected because of the Multi Starrar Tollywood film 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' in the South Region, but it wasn't like that as occupancy was above 90% in this region.## The occupancy got a boost from some of the key cities in the South, such as Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, Vizag-Visakhapatnam, and Chennai, which had above 90% occupancy. However, War got fewer shows as compared to Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy in this part; still, the craze for this action thriller was sky high on the first day.## Among the main cities, Ahmedabad and Surat had the lowest occupancy, which was around 50%.
