Rashmika Mandanna To Star Alongside Tiger Shroff In Producer Siddharth Anand's 'Rambo' Remake?

Mumbai, October 1 - Southern beauty, Rashmika Mandanna is proving to be a hot favorite pick for Bollywood filmmakers. The actress is making her Bollywood debut with Goodbye, which is scheduled to release on October 7. She also has Mission Majnu with Sidharth Malhotra, scheduled for late 2022 release. ## According to the reports, the actress was supposed to star alongside Tiger Shroff in Shashank Khaitan's Screw Dheela, but the movie has been pushed back indefinitely. Meanwhile, the "Pushpa" actress has now reportedly been offered the Hindi remake of the Hollywood movie Rambo, which will be fronted by Tiger Shroff. ## "Rambo" remake will unite Tiger and director Rohit Dhawan. The movie was announced many moons back and finally, it is coming back on track. Siddharth Anand will produce the film and according to Pinkvilla, the filmmaker along with Rohit have initiated advanced conversations with Rashmika Mandanna to play the female lead in the film. The actress has shown keen interest in doing the film, however, things are yet to be on paper yet. ## "Rambo will be Tiger Shroff's next after Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The actor will be shooting for BMCM from January to April, before taking a short break and straight away jumping into the world of Rambo. Rashmika too will complete shooting for Pushpa 2 with Allu Arjun in that span of time", Pinkvilla reports.## Rashmika is currently shooting for Tamil-Telugu bilingual movie "Varisu" with Thalapathy Vijay. Vikram Vedha Opening Day Early Estimates

Mumbai, September 30 - The big box office release of the day "Vikram Vedha" starring Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan in title roles has been released in theaters. Vikram Vedha has been released on over 4000 screens in India and close to 2000 screens overseas, making it one of the biggest releases ever in terms of size for the Hindi film industry.## There was huge anticipation for this film in core Hindi belts due to being an action genre film with Hrithik Roshan who excels in this genre like very few stars. If we go by the records then Hrithik Roshan is probably the 2nd biggest star in the action genre after Salman Khan but the action in Vikram Vedha is different from the likes of War, Bang Bang, and Dhoom as they catered to a universal audience and had the backing of huge production value, great music, excellent publicity, and big production house. Here, Vikram Vedha is devoid of such things.## The morning occupancy suggested that the film will be a nonstarter but it grew in the evening and if the pace continues in the night shows then it will be a positive result for the film due to its upward trajectory. The early estimate collections suggest 11.50 crores net but as said if night shows outperform then even a 12 crores opening could be achieved. ## Hrithik Roshan's last film War took a record-breaking start and the expectations from this film were more as he was coming after almost 3 years at the box office. If we compare the good old days then Hrithik Roshan's Kites had collected similar numbers on the first day in 2010 and that was on nonholiday too.## There are no centers that recorded big audiences but if you compare standalone then West Bengal has done good business on the first day probably due to festivities and Hrithik Roshan. Surprisingly Delhi/UP has done better than Mumbai despite the content catering more to the Mumbai audience due to being a dark action thriller film. 'Brahmastra Part One: Shiva' Becomes The Third Highest-Grossing Indian Movie of 2022

Mumbai, September 30 - Director Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra Part One: Shiva has become the third highest-grossing Indian film during the entire covid-19 pandemic.## The fantasy action adventure film has grossed over Rs. 416 crores at the worldwide box office, crossing Kamal Haasan's mega-blockbuster Vikram's Rs. 414.43 crores gross. "Brahmastra" is already the highest-grossing Bollywood movie since Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's "War" (2019). ## In 2022, four Indian films crossed the Rs. 400 crores mark at the box office worldwide. Vikram Vedha Opening Day Box Office Prediction

Mumbai, September 29 - Bollywood is on an edge of the seat again, this time to know the box office fate of Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan's Vikram Vedha, which is releasing on September 30. Hrithik was last seen on the big screen in War in 2019 and became the biggest Bollywood opener with Rs. 51.60 crores.## The scene has completely changed for the cinema industry, especially for Bollywood which has been struggling to get big openings in the post-pandemic era. Going by the advance booking trend, the movie is looking to open around 12-13 crores net. Mumbai, September 27 - Filmmaker Neeraj Pandey had announced his ambitious film Chanakya with Ajay Devgn in 2018. However, there hasn't been any development since then and the latest reports suggest the movie has been put on hold indefinitely.## While Chanakya is not happening anytime soon, the duo is teaming up for a different project and this is going to be their first film together. According to the reports, Ajay and Neeraj are joining hands for an edge-of-the-seat thriller. The movie is believed to be a two-hero film and reports say, the makers are in talks with Ayushmann for the second lead.## It is said that Ayushmann Khurrana liked the script and gave his verbal nod to come on board the movie that will be produced by Ajay Devgn and Neeraj Pandey. It will be the first time when Ajay and Ayushmann will share screen space together. Anupam Kher has also been roped in to play a pivotal role. ## The shoot of this yet untitled film will reportedly be started in November this year in Bhopal after Ajay Devgn completes his directorial "Bholaa" which also features him in the title role. The upcoming film will mark a directorial comeback for Pandey in films after nearly 4 years. His last directorial film was "Aiyaary" in 2018.## Ajay Devgn will next be seen in Indra Kumar's comedy-drama "Thank God", which is scheduled to release on Diwali this year. He also has "Drishyam 2", scheduled for November 18 release. Apart from films releasing this year, Ajay Devgn has Amit Sharma's highly anticipated sports drama, "Maidaan", and "Bholaa", which will be released in the first half of next year and then he will start Rohit Shetty's "Singham 3". ## On the other hand, Ayushmann Khurrana is currently shooting for "Dream Girl 2" while his "Doctor G" is gearing up for October 14, 2022, release.
