War Day 8 Box Office Collection: Holding Well After Holiday
War has a good hold on its 8th day at the box office. Even though it looks to drop nearly 50% from its Tuesday collection, it is supposed to be a good hold knowing that it is coming off from the holiday period as it earned 11.90 Cr India net for all languages On Wednesday. ## While most of the main cities show a normal drop, Kolkata was one that looked to maintain well as the occupancy in this region was nearly 45% for the day which was the highest as compared to the other cities. The afternoon and evening occupancy in Kolkata was almost the same with 60%. ## Talking about the other regions, Hyderabad did well with nearly 35% shows were full while Chandigarh has the lowest occupancy among the top cities which was 9% for the day. In other main cities, around 15%-20% shows were full. War's Hindi collection in this first week should be around 230 Cr India net. If that happens, it will become the second-highest first-week collection movie after Baahubali 2 The Conclusion of all time. Baahubali 2 record of 247 Cr in its first week for Hindi is looking safe for now.## As of now, War is looking to become the biggest grosser Indian movie of the year 2019 which is Saaho at the moment with 439 Cr worldwide.
