Vicky Kaushal To Headline Director Laxman Utekar's Warrior Drama Film
Mumbai, January 23 - Actor Vicky Kaushal will be reuniting with director Laxman Utekar for a historical warrior drama film. The due is currently working on their first collaboration, a social comedy about a married couple opting for the PM Awas Yojana to get a house of their own. Sara Ali Khan is the female lead in the film. ## According to Peepingmoon.com, Vicky and Laxman have been discussing their second film together for quite some time now which is a larger-than-life biopic of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of the Maratha empire's founder and the great warrior king, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. ## The report further said that Vicky has agreed to play the titular role and pre-production work has also begun. Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films will be producing this big-budget film that will be mounted on a massive scale. The shoot for the film is expected to kick-start in mid-this year. ## The "Uri" actor will start shooting for this historical action drama after finishing the Meghna Gulzar-directed "Sam Bahadur". The actor also has Yash Raj Films' "The Great Indian Family", co-starring Manushi Chhillar, and a film with Dharma Productions. ## Stay tuned...
