Topmost ways to get skin fairer at home: ## 1. Apply a mixture of milk and banana on your face. Which get your skin smooth, soft and lighter. ## 2. Before going to sleep apply a mixture of raw milk and rose water on your skin, its get your skin naturally beautiful by regular use of it. ## 3. Mix baking soda with water and apply on your face. Let it sit for 15 minutes before you wash it off with water. It gives you great results by using the mixture but don't use too much, because it dries your skin. ## 4. Mix orange juice with turmeric powder. It is also a great bleaching agent due to citric acid or vitamin C on oranges. Mix two tablespoons of orange juice and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder together. Apply it to the darkened areas, or all over your face, you can also leave it on overnight and rinse it off with water to the next morning. ## Use this two times in a week for the best results. Make sure that you completely cover the areas you want to lighten. ## 5. Try mixing dried orange peel with yogurt. The mask of orange peel and yogurt lighten the skin of your face over-all. ## You'll first need to dry out an orange peel. Then, grind the peel into a fine powder and mix it with plain yogurt. ## Apply the mask over your face and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. Wash it off with water afterward. Repeat this two times per week. More use of this can also dry your skin. ## 6. Mix one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and half a teaspoon of almond oil together. ## Apply the mixture to your skin and leave it on for about 20 or 25 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water. Use this mask every alternate day for the best results. ## 7. Make a gram flour face mask. Gram flour, also known as besan, is made from ground chickpeas is well-known in India as an exfoliant and skin lightener. ## Combine two tablespoons of gram flour, a quarter tablespoon of turmeric powder, and two tablespoons of yogurt. Mix the ingredients together to form a smooth and fine-textured paste. Smooth the mask onto your face and neck. Leave it on your skin for about 20 or 30 minutes, then rinse it off with lukewarm water. It will give you the smoothen skin, and get fairer. ## You can use this mask on your body, too. Apply daily for the best results. ## 8. This skin lightening face pack requires you to make a mixture of tomato, curd, and oatmeal and apply it on your face for 20 to 25 minutes and wash it with water it helps to removes tanning also. ## 9. This effective fairness mask requires you to mix a spoonful each of almond oil, lemon juice, and milk powder. ## Mix it well on the bowl and Apply the mask on your skin and let it sit for about 20 minutes after it you wash it off with water. MSK Prasad led selection committee has shortlisted Vikram Rathour as team India's new batting coach. He will replace the current batting coach Sanjay Bangar who could be given India A or NCA (National Cricket Academy) role. Vikram Rathour was the first preference among the 14 shortlisted candidate for the post followed by Bangar and England's Mark Ramprakash who ranked second and third in the list.## Who is Vikram Rathour?## Vikram Rathour was the Right-hand Wicketkeeper-batsman from Jalandhar, Punjab. He played for India in 6 Tests and 7 ODIs during the period of 1996 and 1997. Despite his short international career, he was the prolific run-scorer in first-class cricket. Scored 11,473 runs in 239 innings of 146 matches at an average of 49.66. Rathour scored 33 centuries and 49 half-centuries with the highest score of 254 in the first-class career.## It was pitty that despite promising in domestic cricket, he couldn't find the same mojo at the international level. After making his ODI debut against Pakistan in 1996, he managed to score only 193 runs in 7 matches with two fifties. He averaged only 27.47 in ODIs while his Test average was 13.10 in 6 matches. His last international appearance was in February 1997 against Zimbabwe in an ODI.## As compared to his first-class career, his list A career was modest where he managed to score 3161 runs in 99 matches at an average of 33.98 with 7 centuries and 14 half-centuries. As a wicketkeeper, Rathour claimed 187 catches and 3 stumpings in First-Class while he grabbed 61 catches in List A. He took retirement in 2002 after playing 14 years of professional cricket.## ------------------------------------------## Coaching career -## Rathour doesn't have the vast experience of coaching but he has coached Vizag Victors. Apart from coaching, he was appointed as the national selector from the North Zone On 27 September 2012.## ------------------------------------------## Apart from Vikram Rathour, the current coaches Bharat Arun (bowling coach) and R Sridhar (fielding coach) are also shortlisted as the first preferences of the committee which was tasked with the job of interviewing and recommending members of the support staff. After sweeping both the T20I series and ODI series, Virat Kohli led Team India will now meet West Indies in two-match Test series which will be a first real challenge for both the teams under World Test Championship.## India won easily both T20I (3-0) and ODI (2-0) series against West Indies. But as the Test series is set to begin from tomorrow (22 August), it is supposed to be more challenging and competitive as West Indies have been in some lethal form especially in bowling department in red-ball cricket in recent time. Captain Virat Kohli also believes that arrival of the Test Championship will make matches even more competitive.## "The games are going to be much more competitive and it brings a lot of purpose to the Test matches you play. It's the right move and at the absolute right time," said Kohli. "People have been talking about Test cricket not being relevant, or dying. For me, the competition has gone up two-fold in the last couple of years. It's up to the players to take the challenge and go for victories. That's going to be the essence of this Test championship as well. There will hardly be any boring draws, there will be exciting draws because everyone will want those extra points. ## India is number one side in Test cricket for some time now. During this period, they beat Australia in Australia for the first time. However, India went on to lose against England and South Africa. Kohli admitted that the batsmen have not lived up to their standards that cost them the series loss against England and South Africa.## "Well, if I have to be brutally honest, I don't think us batsmen have lived up to the standard. We have traveled a lot over the past year and a half and it's been challenging. We lost in England but won in Australia because the batsmen pulled up. As much as individuals stand out, I think it's about batting well as a team and every team wants to put up a strong total on the board for the bowlers to come in and capitalize." ## The inaugural edition of the World Test Championship is already underway with England facing off against Australia in the five-match Ashes series while Sri Lanka is playing two Tests against New Zealand at home.
