The popular reality show, Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss is just around the corner with season 14. The most talked-about controversial show is all set to premiere on October 3 on Colors TV with a lot of new twists and turns to entertain the audience. ## However, it wasn't an easy task to prepare one of the most luxurious houses on time because of the covid-19 pandemic which forced the lockdown. The production designer Omung Kumar has opened up on how he revamped the set for the new season amid the pandemic which was challenging. ## "It was not easy for us to redesign the 'Bigg Boss' house at a time when everything was shut due to lockdown. There was a limited number of laborers available. Most of them had gone to their villages. The shops were closed. Online delivery was not functioning. We could not import anything from abroad", Omung recalled while interacting with IANS.## "Luckily, some shopkeepers agreed and specially opened their stores for us, as we had to purchase in bulk. Workers had to wear masks all the time. It was challenging, but we pulled it off. Ab hum keh sakte hai jab koi kaam nahi kar raha tha, hum kar rahe the (we can now claim that when no one was working, we were)", he added. ## It took Omung and team 45 to 50 days to redesign the house, which has a futuristic theme this season. This year, there is a mall, a spa, and a theater inside the house for which the contestants will have to do the task or something different to take advantage of it.## The veteran Bollywood production designer, who has also tried his hand at directing films, spoke that the "Bigg Boss" is like his own house and It irritates him a lot when the housemates (contestants) don't take proper care of it or damage property. ## Stay tuned...

'Shaktimaan' was one of the most popular shows of the 90s. This superhero show created a special place in the hearts of the viewers, especially the children. Ever since the show has ended, the fans have been demanding the sequel, and now, actor Mukesh Khanna, who wowed the audience with this Shaktimaan, is in talks to turn the popular show into a three-film franchise.## "It is a dream come true for me. 'Shaktimaan' was, is and will always be the first Indian superhero, and I also call him the 'super teacher'. I am happy that now we are coming with a bang", said Khanna as stated by India TV.## "It is an evergreen, and an extremely contemporary story. In every decade and every century, darkness tries to prevail over light and truth. But ultimately, truth and positivity triumph over", he added. ## If everything goes well, the first film of the trilogy is likely to go on floors in the second half of 2021.## "An entire generation has grown up watching and learning from Shaktimaan. I have been promising Shaktimaan fans for a while now that Shaktimaan 2.0 is coming up. So, I am more than happy, and feel extremely responsible towards fans who have literally grown up with me. The legendary Allu Ramalingaiah was one of the biggest comic actors in the Telugu film industry. He gave some of the several memorable performances through movies. Today, the Padma Shri awardee's 99th birth anniversary, and to make this day special, Allu Aravind and sons Bobby Allu, Allu Arjun, and Allu Sirish have inaugurated Allu Studios - a large scale film shooting studio in Hyderabad. ## Taking to Twitter, Allu Arjun announced the same, "1st of October marks the 99th birth anniversary of our beloved Dr. Sri Allu Ramalingaiah. Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor starrer, spy thriller film, Bell Bottom becomes the first film to complete shooting schedule amid the ongoing covid-19 pandemic. The cast and crew of the film have been shooting in Glasgow, Scotland.## It was a challenge to shoot amid the ongoing crisis, but actress Vaani Kapoor, who is paired opposite superstar Akshay in the film, says it was fun working on Bell Bottom despite the challenges and also credited the cast and crew for a 'smooth' shooting experience. ## "Shooting for 'Bell Bottom' has been fun and a good experience. Despite the ongoing challenges amid the ongoing pandemic, the team managed to have a really smooth and safe shooting experience while filming with a large crew, for which they deserve all the credit", said Vaani.## "We were made to feel safe on the sets because of their commitment to safety and hygiene", she added.## Meanwhile, the government of India has allowed the reopening the cinema halls from October 15 onwards with 50% of capacity in a phased manner after almost 6 months. Several film units have already started shooting amid the new normal, for that, Vaani Kapoor is happy to see the industry bouncing back.## Vaani is also gearing up to start shooting for Abhishek Kapoor's untitled romantic drama opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.## "I'm looking forward to shooting with Ayushmann for this progressive love story that is being directed by Abhishek Kapoor. Vijay. ## The film is simultaneously shot in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu under the same title. Let us know that recently Kangana shared glimpses of dance rehearsal for the film 'Thalaivi' on social media with her choreographer. ## The script of the film has been written by KV Vijayendra Prasad who previously penned the scripts of 'Bahubali' and 'Manikarnika'. Over a month after Mahendra Singh Dhoni announced his retirement from international cricket, the former Indian cricket captain is all set to begin a new inning in the entertainment industry. After entertaining the nation on the cricket field, Dhoni has turned into a producer with his wife, Sakshi Dhoni. ## The legendary cricketer, who had launched his banner Dhoni Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in 2019 with the multilingual documentary "Roar of the Lion", is developing a wide slate of projects for the next year. ## Talking to mid-day, Sakshi Dhoni, who serves as the managing director of the production house, reveals that they have zeroed in on their second offering based on an unpublished book of a debutant author.## "We have acquired the rights of an unpublished book of a debutant author. We will adapt it into a web series. It is a mythological sci-fi story that explores the journey of a mysterious Aghori and is set at a high-tech facility on a remote island", says Sakshi## Sakshi added that the adventure drama explores the genre of magical realism. Currently, in the process of developing the series, the creative team will finalize the cast and director soon. It is heard that the studio is simultaneously working on five other projects.## MS Dhoni is currently in the UAE, leading his team Chennai Super Kings in the ongoing Indian Premier League. While cricket remains Dhoni's first love, Sakshi says the studio is their joint passion.## "When we were developing Roar of the Lion, we thought it was the perfect time to venture into the entertainment industry. We aim to give a platform to deserving talent to showcase their skills along with providing fresh and original content to the audience".## "Mahi will be partially involved [in the production house]. The day-to-day running of the company is looked after by me. We have a process to ensure quality control from the word go. Mahi and I take the final call with our team's inputs and suggestions.
