War has had a big Saturday and jumped nearly 35.00% from its Friday collection and earned roughly 30.40 Cr India net for all languages. The occupancy kept increasing as the day progressed and had an average of around 37% on its 4th day which is 35% higher than Friday.## The Telugu version remained super solid with an average occupancy of around 60%. For Hindi, War got a big boost in Bengaluru in which occupancy was nearly 70% which is 20% higher than Friday despite hitting with the Tollywood film Sye Raa Narshima Reddy. Bollywood biggie War is showing superb trending during the weekdays in the extended opening weekend. On Friday (October 4), it earned 22.45 Cr India net including 21.30 Cr from the Hindi version and crossed 100 Cr (100.15 Cr) India net in just three days for all languages. However, this film witnessed a minor decline of 7.80% from Thursday on which it earned 24.35 Cr India net.## On the other hand, Tollywood multi-starrar Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is slowing down a bit despite got good reviews from the moviegoers. On its 4th day, this film earned 13 Cr India net including 11.95 Cr from Telugu version. However, with positive reviews by its side, it should gather the momentum back on Saturday and Sunday and will look to finish the opening weekend on high. ## Most importantly, War, which has had good first three days, is eying on 160+ Cr in the opening weekend. Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Vaani Kapoor starrar War is having a good time at the box office. There seem no hiccups as this action thriller is looking unstoppable. It remained super strong on Friday (October 4) despite another working day. On its 3rd day, this film earned 22.45 Cr. India net (all languages).## War earned 24.35 Cr. on its 2nd day which clearly indicates that this movie is going to set the box office on fire in upcoming days.## Talking about day 3, there was not much difference in occupancy as it was very much similar to Thursday. Occupancy kept improving as the day progressed and averaged 27% which is very similar to the 2nd day. War and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had a good Thursday as these two movies could able to maintain a good hold on a working day. On the second day (3 October), War collected 24.35 Cr. while Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had 18.50 Cr. net collection day in India. War's Hindi collection was 23.10 Cr. whereas Sye Raa collected most from the Telugu version where this biographical had a 17.15 Cr day. ## Just FYI, War and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had a bumper opening with 53.35 Cr. and 62 Cr. India net respectively. On Thursday, both films show a mandatory decline because of the working day in India. Apart from Hindi, War collected 85 Lakh from Telugu and 40 Lakh from the Tamil version. On the other hand, Sye Raa collected other than Telugu, 1 Cr. from Hindi, 20 Lakh from Tamil, 5 Lakh from Malayalam, and 10 Lakh from Kannada version.## As compared to occupancy, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had a batter occupancy than War on Thursday which is 20% higher but due to fewer shows than War, Sye Raa earned less as compared to this Bollywood biggie. Both movies' collection got a boost from Evening and Night shows where occupancy was almost double from Morning shows.## Being an action thriller, War is attracting the mass audience which is good news for the makers plus, Hrithik Roshan, and Tiger Shroff's stardom also pulling the audience towards the theaters. Despite picking the pace towards the evening and night shows, the average occupancy for this action thriller on day 2 was 27% which is nearly 1/3 of its first day.## War had a huge first day at the box office which shows it becomes the highest Hindi collection movie on the first day in India as it earned 53.35 Cr. 2nd October has become a historic day for Indian cinema at the box office. Two of the most awaited films of the year 2019, War and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy create havoc on the first day as both the movies collected 115.35 Cr. (War 53.35, Sye Raa 62) India net in all languages. War has had an exceptional first day at the box office and earned INR 53.35 Cr. (all languages). Though the booking had already ensured the huge opening day, as this movie had 32.50 Cr [Hindi 32 Cr.]. booking collection. The occupancy was mindblowing throughout the opening day, and nearly 85% shows were full.## It is a festival month, and it can't get a better start than this. From North to South and East to West, War performed brilliantly in every region. It was expected that the War would be affected because of the Multi Starrar Tollywood film 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' in the South Region, but it wasn't like that as occupancy was above 90% in this region.## The occupancy got a boost from some of the key cities in the South, such as Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, Vizag-Visakhapatnam, and Chennai, which had above 90% occupancy.
