New Impact World Champion Crowned At Rebellion 2021

Nashville, April 25, 2021: Kenny Omega (AEW) (with Don Callis, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson) defeated Rich Swann (Impact) (with Eddie Edwards and Willie Mack) to become the new Impact World Champion. ## On the March 9 episode of Impact, Impact EVP Scott D'Amore announced that Omega will wrestle in the main event of Rebellion in a title vs. title match, and he would face the winner of a championship unification match between Rich Swann and Moose, which would take place at Sacrifice.
