New Delhi, March 20 (IANS) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday highlighted the battle for justice that took seven years to be delivered to Nirbhaya, and urged for a pledge that another Nirbhaya should not happen, as others hailed the parents struggle after all four convicts were hanged in an early morning execution. ## "Seven years later, Nirbhaya's convicts were hanged. Today is the day to take a pledge - that there will be no second Nirbhaya . A day after the major terror attack on Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) where about 40 Jawans have been martyred, the NDA government has given full freedom to the security forces. The attack on a CRPF convoy in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on Thursday by terrorists is the second biggest attack on the paramilitary force in the last nine years.## Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi said that the terrorists will have to pay the big price for this attack. The incident took place when about 2,500 CRPF personnel were going in a convoy of 78 vehicles from Jammu to Srinagar. The incident, believed to be a suicide attack, saw a van packed with explosives reportedly ram into a CRPF bus.## The PM said that "Respectfully pay tribute to martyr soldiers in the Pulwama terror attack.
