Akshay Kumar's 'Sarfira' To Host Special Fan Screenings In 7 Cities On July 12
Mumbai, July 10 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar-fronted Sarfira will reportedly host special fan screenings across 7 Indian cities on July 12, on the day of the film's official release.## Directed by Sudha Kongara, the biographical drama film is the remake of actor Suriya's Tami movie Soorarai Pottru, also directed by Kongara. The fan screenings will reportedly take place in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmadabad, Delhi, Indore, Ludhiana, and Jaipur. ## Meanwhile, ahead of the release, the team has had a media screening for Sarfira on July 9. Earlier, there was also a special screening for family and friends in Delhi, and the reactions were overwhelmingly positive. ## As said, Sarfira is the most anticipated new Indian movie, as per IMDb's real-time popularity. The movie is expected to take a decent opening, but eventually, it will be word of mouth which will decide the film's box office fate as has been the case with Akshay Kumar's recent films. ## Produced by Abundantia Entertainment, 2D Entertainment, and Cape Of Good Films, Sarfira boasts a solid cast which also includes Radhika Madan, Paresh Rawal, and Seema Biswas along with Suirya in the cameo role.
