WWE's Maryse Announces She's Tumor-Free After Surgery
BY SACNILK
Former WWE wrestler Maryse Mizanin has shared great news with fans: she is cancer-free! ## Maryse revealed on social media that she underwent surgery two weeks ago to remove her ovaries, uterus, tubes, cervix, and omentum. The surgery also included lymph node removal to check for spread of the disease. The good news is that the pathology results confirmed no spread and, most importantly, that Maryse is tumor-free. ## The diagnosis identified Maryse with a rare form of cancer known as Primary Peritoneal Serous Borderline Tumors. Highlighting the rarity, Maryse stated only 7 cases per million women in the US are diagnosed annually. Early detection proved critical, as she acknowledges, "This would have most likely been lethal." ## Following her surgery, Maryse will continue her recovery and follow up with specialists at MD Anderson in Houston. ## Maryse expressed immense gratitude to her doctor, Dr. Thais Aliabadi, and her team. She also shared her appreciation for the overwhelming support from family, friends, and fans worldwide. ## View this post on Instagram A post shared by Maryse Mizanin (@marysemizanin) ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...
