The director of Sushant Singh Rajput's Dil Bechara, Mukesh Chhabra on Thursday (June 25) got emotional after his debut directorial which also would be the last film of Sushant has been announced for its digital release by the makers of the film.## Mukesh Chhabra who shared a close friendship with Sushant post a heartfelt note on social media and stated that he along with the 'Dil Bechara' team, will celebrate the late actor through the release of the film which will be premiered on July 24, 2020, on Disney Plus Hotstar. ## Sushant Singh Rajput who claimed his life on June 14 at his residence in Mumbai had promised Mukesh Chhabra to be a part of the director's debut movie. Now, Mukesh Chhabra is overwhelmed by the decision of makers to release the movie and make it available to everyone. ## Chhabra shared the poster of the movie along with a note stating, "Sushant was not just a hero of my debut film as a director but he was a dear friend who stood by me through thick and thin. We had been close right from the Kai Po Che to Dil Bechara".## "He had promised me that he would be in my first film. So many plans were made together but never once did I ever imagine that I would be releasing this film without him. Miss you," he concluded.## The movie is a coming-of-age romantic drama film which also stars debutante Sanjana Sanghi and Saif Ali Khan. AR Rahman has composed the film’s music and Amitabh Bhattacharya has penned it while Fox Star Studios has produced the movie. ## Dil Bechara is an adaptation of John Green’s 2013 bestseller novel 'The Fault In Our Stars' in which Sushant Singh Rajput plays Immanuel Rajkumar Junior aka Manny who falls in love with Kizie Basu (Sanjana Sanghi) and embarks on a sweet profound journey of life with his love.## Stay tuned... ##

Sushant Singh Rajput's fans demand went unheard as the late actor's last film 'Dil Bechara' will now directly release on the digital platform instead of the theatrical release. It is a coming-of-age romantic drama film which is directed by Mukesh Chhabra who made his directorial debut with this film. ## 'Dil Bechara' was earlier titled 'Kizie Aur Manny' but was changed at the last moment. The story of the film revolves around the two cancer patients who fall in love with each other. Along with Sushant Singh Rajput, the movie also stars debutante Sanjana Sanghi and Saif Ali Khan. It is produced by Fox Star Studios. ## After the death of Sushant, his fans wanted 'Dil Bechara' to release in the theaters instead of the OTT release to which fans made a trend #DilBecharaInTheaters on social media. Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh), March 18 (IANS) Streaming platform Hotstar has unveiled a unique out-of-home initiative through a massive billboard spanning 10,000 sq. ft in Mirzapur district. ## The billboard on the arterial road joining Shastri Bridge to Jaunpur trisection in Mirzapur, was completed within one week and measures 1,000 feet in length and 10 feet in height. It has an additional two feet tall cut-outs and stands on a solid framework of bamboos and iron frames to sustain extreme weather. ## Touted as the longest ever in India, the billboard is part of Hotstar's new 360-degree marketing campaign that says, "Hotstar ka vaada, free entertainment sabse zyada", and aims at reaching out to millions of viewers in Hindi-speaking markets in tier II and tier III cities. ## With cinema halls and multiplexes closing their doors due to the Corona scare, entertainment options have moved indoors and the brand provides viewers the convenience of sitting back and exploring its extensive range of high-quality free content through these uncertain times. ## The billboard showcases Hotstar's vast library of high-quality free content, including movies. ## Mandeep Malhotra, founding Partner and CEO, The Social Street, said in a statement, "Working with Hotstar is always brilliant and fun.
