It has been already confirmed that Mahanati director, Nag Ashwin will be collaborating with the Baahubali actor Prabhas in his untitled next called as Prabhas 21.## Now, on the 50th anniversary of Vyjayanthi Films, the makers have confirmed that Deepika Padukone has been roped as a female lead and will be pairing with Prabhas for the first time. ## Vyjayanthi Films took to its official Twitter handle and announced Deepika Padukone on board. Radhe Shyam will be a multilingual movie directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Vamsi, and Pramod. Recently in an interview, filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar confirmed that he is planning to make a superhero film series that will begin with Katrina Kaif's film. Now, the movie with Katrina Kaif said to be a two-part film that will directly premiere on Netflix as a Netflix Original Film to which the streaming platform has sanctioned Rs 80 to 85 crore to the director for the first part of the movie. ## A leading portal revealed that Ali Abbas Zafar was keen to make the film for the big screen but lack of funds forced him to go for the OTT platform.## "It's a massive film mounted on a never seen before scale for a female protagonist. Ali was very keen on making it as a feature film for the big screen, but he wasn’t able to raise the funds that were needed, following which he decided to go the OTT way. The filmmaker is of the belief that his next will be a game-changer of sorts for the genre and will pave way for many more women-centric action films in Bollywood".## The portal further revealed that "This would be the biggest budgeted film in the history of Bollywood led by women".## Adding further that there will be never seen before action in the movie and Katrina Kaif is also training at home and living no stone unturned to pull off stunts.## "It's solely Ali's vision and passion for the film that has got him a mega-deal with Netflix. Any other director would have shelved the film, but he is keen on making Katrina the first female superhero of India. The script calls for some outstanding special effects and Netflix is also excited to be a part of a revolution in Bollywood".## "The budget of part two will be decided based on how part one of the superhero film fares. But the idea is to go a notch higher as the story moves forward and take a stride in budget too, going above Rs. 100 crore, taking the net-worth of Katrina's film close to Rs. 200 crore".## The movie will go on floors once the normalcy returns and it will be shot in India and overseas for high visual effects. The nepotism debate in the Bollywood industry is at an all-time high after the unfortunate demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. Many people from Bollywood and outside raised fingers on the groupism and favoritism in the Bollywood. However, there are people who have come out in support of the star kids. ## In a recent interview, Padman director R Balki was asked to put his thoughts on nepotism and seemed quite clear that nepotism isn't bad despite stating the fact that it has its pros and cons. While defending star kids, the director even had said that 'find him a batter actor than Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor'. The Sushant Singh Rajput death has sparked a raging debate on nepotism amongst Bollywood fans and some of the industry people. There are a lot of people who think that because of nepotism, outsiders do not get more chances to showcase their talent and skills. ## However, the Padman director, R Balki has a completely different perspective who thinks that nepotism is everywhere which nobody can change. He said that nepotism could have its pros and cons but at the same time, it has produced the actors like Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor who he thinks are the best. ## In a recent interview with a leading daily, the director shared his thoughts on nepotism and gave his insights. "It's undeniable that this happens everywhere. Think about the Mahindras, Ambanis, Bajajs… Their father passed on the businesses to them. Does anyone say 'No I don't think Mukesh Ambani shouldn't run this business, someone else should?' In every strata of the society, it happens, even a driver or a vegetable seller passes on businesses to their children. So, it's a foolish argument".## "Remember we live in a free society. The question is do they (star kids) have an unfair or bigger advantage? Yes, there are pros and cons. But I'd ask one simple question - Find me a better actor than Alia (Bhatt) or Ranbir (Kapoor), and we'll argue. It's unfair on these few people who're probably some of the finest actors", he further said.## "Understand that audiences don't like actors without talent. Sometimes, they also want to see star kids on screen. That's only the first chance that you get, and then one needs to survive on their own. I agree it's far more difficult for an outsider to make an entry in films, but talent gets the opportunity", he concluded. ## The debate on nepotism has been going on for a long time which has now turned into a heated argument in the film industry as well as amongst the fans on social media. Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty has urged the home minister of India, Amit Shah to handover the Sushant's death case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
