Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch



Becky Lynch will indeed have her long-awaited rematch with Trish Stratus, but this time, it won't take place at WWE SummerSlam as expected.





In the past, Lynch and Stratus faced off at WWE Night of Champions, where Zoey Stark interfered, helping the WWE Hall of Famer secure the victory. However, "The Man" was determined to earn another opportunity to face Stratus, and she achieved just that by defeating Stark on the July 24 episode. Seizing the moment, Lynch boldly challenged Stratus to an impromptu showdown on the July 31 episode of WWE Raw.





To everyone's surprise, WWE official Adam Pearce swiftly arranged the match, but it didn't go as planned. Zoey Stark once again intervened, attacking Lynch and causing a disqualification. However, the drama didn't end there, as Lynch retaliated and a chaotic brawl ensued, involving both Stark and Stratus. Stratus resorted to using a chair during the brawl before eventually leaving the scene.





The backstage fallout saw Pearce reprimanding Stratus for the unsanctioned chaos that transpired. Stratus explained that she wasn't adequately prepared for the sudden confrontation, but Pearce responded by assuring her that she would get her chance for redemption soon. Their rematch was officially scheduled for the August 14 episode of WWE Raw, and to add to the intrigue, Stratus would have the advantage of performing in her hometown of Winnipeg.



Shinsuke Nakamura to talk about his savage attack on Seth “Freakin” Rollins



On Monday Night Raw, we witnessed WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth "Freakin" Rollins, along with Cody Rhodes and Shinsuke Nakamura, emerging victorious against The Judgment Day. However, what unfolded next left both the WWE Universe and the champion utterly surprised.



Candice LeRae Vs. Rhea Ripley



Last week on Monday Night Raw, Out of nowhere, Raquel Rodriguez launched a surprise attack on Ripley from behind! Rodriguez shoved Ripley into the barricade and starts throwing punches relentlessly until officials intervene and separate them. Ripley tried to lunge at Rodriguez but was held back. Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell rushed in to assist, only for Ripley to push them aside. Ripley kicked Rodriguez down and keeps up the assault. LeRae and Hartwell joined the fray, attacking Ripley. Referees and other officials quickly arrive on the scene and eventually, restore order.



Shinsuke Nakamura to call out Seth Rollins for a match
Last week on Monday Night Raw, Shinsuke Nakamura laid out Seth “Freakin” Rollins. This happened after Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Cody Rhodes & Shinsuke Nakamura defeated The Judgment Day. After the match, Out of the blue, Shinsuke Nakamura nails Seth "Freakin" Rollins with a Kinshasa, knocking him down! Nakamura then strolls away while Rhodes and Zayn watch, appearing puzzled and agitated. Rhea Ripley, Finn Bálor, and Damian Priest stood together in the ring as the show commenced. Ripley declared that Judgment Day wasn't just in control of Raw but the entire WWE. Bálor boasted about becoming the next world champion, Ripley as the unbeatable Women's champion, and Priest as Mr. Money in the Bank. They then played a video package of Dominik Mysterio winning the NXT North American title the previous week. ## Dominik made his entrance, with Corey Graves acknowledging that he had main-evented Raw, NXT, and Smackdown in the same week, a historical achievement. Dominik spoke about his victory, but the crowd loudly booed him. Another video package was shown, focusing on Dominik. The crowd chanted "You suck." ## Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn interrupted the segment, criticizing Dominik for talking too much and not learning from the previous week. Owens advised Dominik to stop talking altogether, which led to Zayn challenging Dominik to a match and putting the NXT North American title on the line. Before Dominik could respond, Ripley accepted the challenge on his behalf. ## Becky Lynch defeated Zoey Stark (accompanied by Trish Stratus) in a competitive match that showcased Stark's skills. Lynch ultimately secured the victory with a Disarmer submission hold. After the match, Lynch got her wish and was granted a match against Trish Stratus.## During a backstage promo, Cody Rhodes spoke about his upcoming match against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. Ricochet called Paul out for showing up late and expressed his frustration about Paul not understanding the sacrifices and dedication wrestlers put into their careers. He remained confident about facing Paul. ## In a match for the NXT North American Championship, Dominik Mysterio successfully defended his title against Sami Zayn. During the match, Rhea Ripley interfered, leading to her and Damian Priest being ejected from ringside. Dominik capitalized on Zayn's distraction and secured the victory. ## Liv Morgan confronted Rhea Ripley in a backstage interview, vowing to take care of her and Raquel Rodriguez. Morgan challenged Ripley to a match and expressed her determination to prove herself. ## During the scheduled match between Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan, Ripley attacked Morgan during her entrance.
