Upcoming Films of Allu Arjun: A Power-Packed Line-Up For Icon Star

Hyderabad, December 24 – Following the career-defining success of Pushpa 2 - The Rule, Telugu superstar Allu Arjun is gearing up for one of the most exciting phases of his career. After redefining pan-India stardom with the Pushpa franchise, the Icon Star has lined up an ambitious slate of projects that bring together some of the most influential filmmakers in South Indian cinema.

The biggest and most advanced project in the pipeline is Allu Arjun's collaboration with blockbuster director Atlee. Currently in production, the sci-fi film, tentatively called AA22xA6, is shaping up to be a large-scale entertainer with global appeal. Given Atlee's track record with high-octane spectacles, expectations from this project are sky-high.

One of the most exciting prospects in Allu Arjun's line-up is the near-confirmed collaboration with Lokesh Kanagaraj, the filmmaker behind the Lokesh Cinematic Universe. Currently in advance stage of discussions, the film could see Allu Arjun in a gritty, intense avatar unlike anything he has done before. Lokesh has reportedly put his Kaithi 2 in backburner for Allu Arjun's film, which is likely to start after AA22.

A collaboration, which was supposed to happen immediately after Pushpa 2, AA's film with his Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo director Trivikram Srinivas, is back on track and is said to be confirmed. Trivikram was initially supposed to collaborate with Jr. NTR on the same script, a mythological epic, but it is now back with Allu Arjun, who was originally going to headline it. The duo has previously delivered cult hits and blockbusters. As per reports, it will go on floors in March 2027.

Before the aforementioned three films, Allu Arjun announced his maiden collaboration with Sandeep Reddy Vanga, but the project was pushed back for some reasons. It has been one of the most talked-about collaborations, with Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his intense and polarising storytelling. While the timeline of the project is not yet known, the film is reportedly confirmed, despite no updates since its official announcement a couple of years ago.

With directors like Atlee, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Trivikram, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga in his line-up, Allu Arjun is clearly positioning himself at the crossroads of mass cinema and auteur-driven storytelling. This power-packed slate not only reinforces the actor's pan-India dominance but also signals a bold creative evolution for him, who seems to be in no mood to look back.
