Triple Threat Match For The Universal Title Added To WrestleMania

WWE Hall Of Famer and The winner of the 2021 Royal Rumble Edge and the former WWE champion Daniel Bryan will challenge WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. It was only expected to be Roman Reigns Vs. Edge, but later expanded to a Triple-Threat match involving Daniel Bryan.





After a seven-month absence, Edge returned on the January 25, 2021 episode of Raw, where he officially declared to enter the Royal Rumble. On January 31st, at the Royal Rumble event, he entered as the 1st entrant and won the match by last eliminating Randy Orton.





At WWE Elimination Chamber Edge performed a Spear to Roman Reigns who a minutes ago defeated Daniel Bryan to retain the title. Afterward, Edge mentioned the sign of WrestleMania.





At WWE Fastlane 2021, Roman Reigns retained the title against Daniel Bryan in a chaotic scuffle that saw Edge, the Special Outside Enforcer, make his presence felt in a major way. During the match, Daniel Bryan recovered to apply the “Yes!” Lock yet again, only for Edge to bash him with the chair just as a barely conscious Reigns appeared to be tapping out.





Furious, The Rated-R Superstar beat both before exiting, and Reigns had just enough energy to slide over Bryan for a hellacious win, Now, this would go on to put Daniel Bryan into the Title picture at WrestleMania. On March 26, episode of SmackDown, Daniel Bryan demanded a rematch at WrestleMania, but he was instead added to a Triple Threat match including Edge Vs. Roman Reigns Vs. Daniel Bryan.

Champion. ## However, a specific date and location weren't mentioned, but most likely to land at WrestleMania 38. Here are the full results for WrestleMania 37 which took place on April 10-11, 2021 for two nights at Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Florida. ## The event was originally announced for SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California; however, it was reported in October 2020 that WWE was pursuing re-locating the event to Tampa—which was originally set to host WrestleMania 36 in 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic forced it to be downsized into a smaller, crowdless event—as current health orders in California made it unlikely that the event could be held with in-person spectators by its originally-scheduled date.## The card comprised 14 matches that were evenly divided between the two nights. In the main event for Night 1, Bianca Belair defeated Sasha Banks to win the SmackDown Women's Championship. This was the first time two African Americans headlined WrestleMania, as well as the second time women headlined the event after WrestleMania 35.## This was the first WrestleMania since 2003 to not feature John Cena in any capacity and the first since 2012 not to feature Brock Lesnar. We were finally live into the main event of the night, We kicked off with Daniel Bryan coming out as first. He was followed by Edge up next. The music hit as Roman Reigns accompanied by Jey Uso and Paul Heyman were up next.## The Bell rang as Roman Reigns with a Heavy hand to put Daniel down, Edge out to defend, he unleashed some shots, Daniel rolled out of the ring, meanwhile, Jey Uso with a Superkick to Bryan, Jey Uso with another to Edge this time. Roman Reigns chased both of them, Daniel Bryan out with a Jump over the top rope to take Roman Reigns down.## Edge was boiled over here, he took out everyone including Jey Uso who tried to make the distraction. Jey Uso was completely motionless as Edge hit a DDT on the steel steps, the medical checked on Jey Uso who was held out of there. Now, Daniel Bryan and Edge meet each other, a fist fight, Daniel Bryan drove Edge into the cornor and unloaded with the kicks, now up to the top ropes, Daniel Bryan take him off...Edge instead with some quick covers.## Roman Reigns got involved on the apron, Daniel Bryan slide between the legs and took out Edge and Roman. Uppercut landed for Daniel Bryan to Edge, Daniel Bryan with a Suicide Dive, but Roman Reigns caught him in the mid-air, Roman Reigns with a massive Suplex, Edge out of nowhere with a Dropkick. Edge and Roman back to the right, Roman Reigns with a shoulder dash and looked for a Superman punch, but Edge with a Tremendous transition.## Roman Reigns finally with a Superman punch and looked for the Spear, but Edge jumped over him, both men went for the Spear, Edge and Roman Reigns were down, Daniel Bryan took the advantage, he with a Jump from the top rope to Edge first and then to Roman for the cover, but kicked out at two.## Yes kicks from Daniel Bryan to Roman Reigns and Edge, Daniel Bryan was relentless Daniel Bryan ducked under the knees, Daniel Bryan with a Knee to Edge and then took out Roman Reigns for another cover but kicked out at two.## Daniel Bryan went for the Yes lock, Edge out of nowhere saving the match for himself, Daniel Bryan now looked for the Yes lock on Edge, it looked like, Edge was going to tap out, but Roman Reigns saved it. Roman Reigns with vicious punches and then dropped Daniel Bryan on Edge.## Roman Reigns sent Daniel Bryan out of the ring, the Boos were up for Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan was crashed into the announce table. Edge from another side to take Roman off the desk with a Spear. The Music hit as the champion Asuka walked down to the ring. The Bell rang, Asuka with a Dropkick, Rhea Ripley was still on her feet, Asuka ran some boot to Rhea Ripley who then rolled out of the ring.## Rhea Ripley back to the ring, Asuka wore down Rhea Ripley, A Hip attack attempt, but Rhea Ripley rolled out as Asuka crashed between the ropes. The crowd was so hyped, Rhea Ripley was relentless, a Trash-talking from Rhea Ripley followed by a Clothesline.
