Tiger Shroff's Film With Director Jagan Shakti Is Titled 'Hero No. 1'

Mumbai, October 28 - It was recently reported that Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff would be teaming up with "Mission Mangal" director Jagan Shakti for an action drama film. Pooja Entertainment will produce this big-budget entertainer, making its 3rd film with Tiger after "Ganapath" and "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan".

Now, according to the latest reports, the movie has been titled "Hero No. 1" and it will go on floors in 2023. "Tiger Shroff, Jackky Bhagnani, and Jagan Shakti are looking to create one of its kind tentpole action thrillers, with the aim to bring heroism back in a big way. And what better title than Hero No. 1 to celebrate cinema the way it's meant to be", reports Pinkvilla.



"Hero No. 1" will reportedly be shot internationally in Europe with an international action crew coming onboard. The pre-production work is going on in full swing at the moment, and the entire production unit is high on energy to kick off the work on this ambitious project.

Coincidently, "Hero No. 1" is an iconic title that is associated with Govinda's 1997 film with director David Dhawan. However, it is said that the upcoming movie has nothing to do with that comic caper as the script is entirely new barring the title.

Meanwhile, Tiger Shroff's "Ganapath Part 1", which was scheduled to release on Christmas 2022, has been postponed to 2023. He will also start shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" by January 2023 and later in the year, he will commence director Lakshye Raj Anand's action thriller film.
