Next week's edition of Friday Night SmackDown will feature fallout from the 2024 Elimination Chamber event, along with major appearances as the build-up to WrestleMania continues.

During the February 23 episode of SmackDown, two matches were announced for the upcoming show. Dakota Kai was attacked by Damage CTRL, leading Bayley to join Kai in a tag team match against the Kabuki Warriors (Kairi Sane & Asuka) on the March 1 episode of WWE SmackDown.



There are additional factors at play as well. The tag clash will mark Kai's first bout since May 2023, when she suffered an ACL injury and was not medically cleared to compete.

In another singles match, Santos Escobar will face Carlito in a street fight. Additionally, WWE earlier announced that The Rock will be making an appearance on the show.
