The Paradise Release Date: Nani's Actioner Set To Be Postponed
Hyderabad, January 7 - Natural Star Nani's much-anticipated action drama The Paradise may not arrive on the big screens on its originally announced release date of March 26, 2026, as the makers have dropped a crucial update on the film's progress. The movie is directed by Srikanth Odela, marking his second film with Nani after Dasara.
According to the report by Track Tollywood, the producer has confirmed that nearly 50% of the film's shoot is still pending, raising serious doubts about meeting the March deadline. While the makers are pushing hard to complete the remaining portions on time, it is said that the task is extremely challenging given the film's massive scale.
The Paradise is said to be one of the most ambitious projects of Nani's career, mounted on a grand canvas with heavy action blocks, detailed set work, and extensive post-production. These factors have significantly added to the timeline, making a March release increasingly unlikely.
Although the team is still working towards the March 26 target, reports suggest that wrapping up shooting, post-production, and censor formalities within the limited time frame will be difficult. The makers have reportedly acknowledged that compromising on quality to meet the date is not an option. In case the film misses its March slot, the makers are considering a new release window in May or June 2026.
This extended timeline would allow the team to complete post-production without pressure and deliver the film at the scale envisioned by the director. An official confirmation on the revised release date is expected once the remaining shoot schedule becomes clearer. The postponement, which looks imminent, will mean that superstar Ram Charan's Peddi will get a solo release on March 27.
Meanwhile, ever since its announcement, The Paradise has generated massive buzz for its raw theme, intense action, and Nani's rugged new avatar. With Srikanth Odela riding high after Dasara, expectations are sky-high, making the makers cautious about rushing the project. It is a Pan-India movie, which will be released in multiple languages worldwide.
